Amarola consists of two semi-detached, family orientated bachelor cottages next to each other and situated a short distance from the village centre. Both can accommodate up to two adults and two children. Amarola is situated in the ‘Larola Section’ of the
Clarens Village which is situated just over the Fouriesburg road,
immediately opposite the new golf club. Above and behind the cottages is covered parking, numbered according
to the respective units. |

Amarola Accommodation
Each cottage features a dining and sitting area, which incorporates the
bedroom (the unbelievably comfortable king size bed can be made up as
two single beds if preferred) and generous cupboard space.
There is a well equipped kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, kettle,
toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A separate bathroom with
both bath and shower completes the downstairs area.
The upper mezzanine deck provides an additional play and sleeping area
for two children with a single bed. Sliding doors open from the room into
an enclosed patio-garden which looks over lawns up to the encircling Rooiberg
Mountain range.
There is a flat screen TV with DSTV in the lounge and in summer you can
enjoy the outside patio with its table, chairs and baby Weber type braai.
There are heaters and warm duvets for keeping snug and warm in winter.

How To Get To Amarola
To reach ‘Amarola’ turn off the main road towards the village
and then take the first road left -Sias Oosthuizen Street, which runs
parallel to the main road you have just turned off.
Pass the shops, the Post Office, Filling Station and Bakery and continue
for about a kilometre until you see a big red ‘Coca Cola’
sign on the left saying ‘Cranford Inn.’
Just past that, on the left side of the road, is the first row of Cottages.
Park opposite the palisade of wooden poles and proceed on foot to ‘Amarola’
number 35 or 36.
