De Ark Mountain Lodge with its breathtaking mountain views and
ideal location near the picturesque village of Clarens, is a place
of restoration for those in need of silence, nature, and solitude. The farm has some of the most beautiful landscapes which can be
experienced when taking an early morning walk, mountain bike ride,
or horse ride amongst the Zebras, Bontebokke, Swart Wildebeest,
Springbok and Eland. |

De Ark Mountain Lodge Accommodation
Accommodation is offered in 2, 4, 6 sleeper chalets. The 2 sleeper chalets
have a fireplace, the 4 sleeper chalets are ideal for families or a group
of friends and the 6 sleeper chalet is also perfect for families.
The chalets are equipped with either twin or double beds, en-suite bathroom
with a bath / shower in bath, basin and a toilet. Other features include
private patios in some chalets, bar fridges, tea / coffee facilities,
complimentary sherry and stunning views.

How To Get To De Ark Mountain Lodge
From Clarens, follow the R 712 towards the Golden Gate National Park.
After 4.5 km turn right at the "De Ark Mountain Lodge" signpost
(also look out for Bokpoort, Castle in Clarens and Rebellie signposts).
Follow the gravel road for 4.5 km past Bokpoort and Castle in Clarens.
De Ark Mountain Lodge is on the right hand side of the road 800m after
the Castle in Clarens. Enquire at reception in the main building of the
lodge.
