Riverwalk is situated in the tranquil village of Clarens in the Free State, away from the hustle and bustle of the Square, but within walking distance of the major art galleries, restaurants and shops.

Situated in a cul-de-sac which guarantees peace and unsurpassed tranquility, with spectacular views of the mountains and wooded areas. Guinea fowl roam wild on the property and a little stream runs at the end of the perimeter, with willows and poplars to add the real Clarens Touch.

All rooms open onto a veranda from a private entrance, with luxurious bathrooms.

We proud ourselves with the quality of our furnishings and linen and offer a deluxe hospitality tray in each room, which include sherry, homemade rusks and biscuits, chocolate truffles and mineral water.
All rooms are equipped with hair dryer, TV and M-Net, mini safe, electric blanket, bar fridge, hospitality tray with coffee, Ceylon tea, Rooibos, sugar, rusks and biscuits. A small decanter of Sherry is provided as a welcome drink. All rooms are non smoking.

Breakfast is served on the second level in a dining room and verandah with spectacular vista’s of the area. Lunch and dinner will be served on request, should you not wish to taste the culinary delights of Clarens.The verandah is an ideal spot for a sundowner or informal braai.

How To Get To Riverwalk Bed and Breakfast

Turn right into Clarens from the road to Bethlehem, turn right at the second street off the Main Road (Lake Clarens Drive), follow the street (don’t turn again) down to the river until it is a dead end, where you will find Riverwalk - a large double storey house with a long verandah.
