The Terrace : The Terrace apartment is an eclectic blend
of furnishings and fabrics ranging from ivory leather through to botanical
and leopard skin prints.
The living and dining room open onto a sea-facing terrace, with a dark
wood dining table seating six comfortably on ivory leather chairs. The
apartment features three exotic en-suite bedrooms, each with its own distinctive
personality and style.
The Pied d' terre : Located on the top level, this open-plan
studio apartment flows onto an intimate balcony with fabulous sea views
where guests can dine outside as the sun sinks into the Atlantic Ocean.
Inside is a decadent sofa in rich velvet and faux crocodile skin and a
dark wood dining table, while the bedroom and stylish bathroom are revealed
behind sliding Plantation shutters.
A colour palette of creams and whites is inspired with shades of sensual
chocolate and indigo blue. The Pied 'd terre is perfect for older children,
a couple, or personal staff and can accommodate two guests.
The Palm : The Palm apartment is chic, sleek and modern
and is detailed in leather, chrome and glass, with soft furnishings in
shades of cream and gold with pink and turquoise highlights.
The contemporary living and dining room is open-plan to a crisp white
kitchen and flows onto a travertine deck with a sparkling pool and magnificent
tall palm trees. The apartment comprises four luxurious en-suite bedrooms,
with a soft leather headboards, rugs and blend of contemporary and antique
pieces giving the rooms an easy elegance.
The Beach House and Studio : Located on the beach level,
the Studio is an intimate beach apartment with sensational sea views.
In tones of ivory, cream and turquoise with an oriental flavour, the decor
reflects the colours of the sand and sea.
The bedroom and bathroom are revealed behind sliding Plantation shutters
and a cleverly concealed kitchenette is housed in a customised wood cabinet.
The Studio is connected to the Beach House above by a short flight of
external stairs, and to the beach below through a security gate.
The pool level offers a sparkling pool, a pool bar, fully equipped kitchen,
and an exquisite Indian marble table - perfect for relaxed entertaining.
The pool area leads into a Bath House with an exotic hamam, sauna, showers,
and change rooms. The media centre provides comfortable seating for watching
movies or TV, and is also an ideal conference venue. An internal elevator
transports one to the living area above comprising the living rooms, study,
kitchen, and guest cloak room.
The living room features a contemporary gas fireplace, TV, a piano, and
two sumptuous seating areas leading onto a terrace with panoramic sea
views. In the dining area, the generous antique table extends to accommodate
lavish dinner parties, while Beech wood panels slide open to reveal a
state-of-the-art kitchen. The study is fully equipped for business away
from home, with Wi-Fi throughout the villa, a fax, printer, TV, and safe.
Outside boasts a travertine terrace with a polished granite water feature
and outdoor seating under cool awnings and umbrellas. On the upper level
are the three glamorous en-suite bedrooms, with the elegant master bedroom
boasting a private balcony overlooking the ocean, as well as an immaculate
en-suite bathroom.

From Cape Town International Airport, take the N2 Road/Settlers Way via
the ramp towards the city centre and then merge onto De Waal Drive. Continue
onto Eastern Boulevard and then onto Buitengracht Street. Turn right onto
M6, proceed through one traffic circle and at the traffic circle take
the first exit onto Queens Road/M6. Turn left to stay on Queens Road/M6,
continue through one traffic circle, and then turn right onto Victoria
Road/M6. No. 50 will be on the right-hand side.
