The villa has large glass windows throughout the house boasting the panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Clifton beaches, Twelve Apostles and Lions Head. This luxurious four-level masterpiece can accommodate up to 14 guests.

There is an office that will satisfy all modern business requirements. On the lower balcony we have an infinity pool and sun loungers.

There is lift and stairway access to all floors, wireless Internet connections, housekeeping from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), a patio with braai area, a double garage for two vehicles and off-street parking for four vehicles.

Villa : The villa has seven bedrooms; all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The villa has two open-plan fully equipped kitchens, a dining area and three lounge areas.
Two of the lounges have fireplaces for those chilly days or nights. The second lounge includes a TV, DVD player and DStv.

Directions to Postcard Views
From Cape Town International Airport, head south and keep left at the fork. Take a slight left and then a right towards Airport Approach Road. Take the first left onto Airport Approach Road.
Merge onto the N2 via the ramp to Cape Town, take the De Waal Drive exit towards the M3/Cape Town and merge onto De Waal Drive. Continue onto Jutland Avenue and continue onto Mill Street. Take a slight left onto Mill Street. Turn left onto Upper Orange Street and then right onto Camp Street.
Take the next left onto Kloof Street. Turn right into Gloucester Street and continue onto Firdale Avenue. Turn left onto Kloof Nek Road/M62 and continue along the M62. At the traffic lights, turn left into Victoria Road.
On the left-hand side you will find Anne Porter Properties. You will need to check in and collect the keys at Anne Porter Properties.
