Constantia Vista Accommodation
The View Cottage
This stand-alone cottage sleeps 2 guests with a futon in the lounge for
an additional person or child at an additional charge.
The spacious bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, flat screen TV
with satellite and M-Net, video player, CD player, linen and air conditioning.
The en-suite bathroom has a spa bath and separate shower, toilet, bidet,
towels and a hairdryer.
The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, portable oven, hob, fridge
/ freezer, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, cutlery / crockery,
cooking utensils and an iron / ironing board.
Other features include an outdoor shower, pool towels, shared ADSL in
offices and hotspots around the property and there is a "Pay as you
Go" Mobile (Cell) phone on request.
The Pool Apartment
This 1 bedroom free-standing apartment with private splash pool for guests
and is serviced daily. It has a flat screen TV with satellite / M-Net,
a DVD and CD player.
The spacious bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, storage space aplenty,
TV with satellite / M-Net, linen and air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom
has a spacious shower, toilet, hairdryer. and towels are supplied.
The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, portable oven, hob, fridge
/ freezer, coffee maker, toaster, shared washing machine, cutlery / crockery,
cooking utensils and an iron / ironing board.
Other features include pool towels, shared ADSL in offices and hotspots
around the property and there is a "Pay as you Go" Mobile (Cell)
phone on request.
Main House
This double storey has 2 bedrooms and is a stand-alone villa that is serviced
daily. This villa sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, with a futon in the lounge
for an additional person or child at an additional charge or can be combined
with The Vista Apartment for 2 extra guests.
The living area has a plasma TV with satellite / M-Net and surround system.
It has also a CD / DVD / Video player, gas fireplace, billiards table,
ADSL connection and a Sony Play station.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, storage space aplenty, flat screen TV with satellite / M-Net, CD player, linen and air conditioning. The 2nd bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, storage space, air conditioning and a flat screen TV with M-Net and Satellite. The full family bathroom has a bath / shower, toilet / bidet, a hairdryer and towels are supplied.
There is a guest bathroom downstairs, pool towels are supplied and there's
a "Pay as you Go" Mobile (Cell) phone on request.
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge
/ freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, crockery /
cutlery, cooking utensils, pots / pans, iron / ironing board
The Vista Apartment
The spacious free-standing apartment is serviced daily and can be rented
with the Main House for extra guests - connecting door from the living
room of that suite - but totally private for 2 if rented separately. It
enjoys the magnificent view over False Bay.
The apartment has a flat screen TV with satellite / M-Net, DVD / CD player,
king size bed, storage space aplenty, linen and air conditioning.
The en-suite bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and towels are supplied.
Other features include an ADSL hotspot on the property, pool towels and
Pay as you Go" Mobile (Cell) phone on request.
The fully equipped kitchenette has a microwave, portable oven, fridge
/ freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, shared washing machine on the
property, crockery / cutlery, cooking utensils, pots / pans.
The Studio
Studio apartment is a stand-alone unit that is serviced daily and consists
of an open plan kitchen with bar fridge, microwave and hot plate, leading
into the bedroom with electric blanket, TV with satellite and M-Net.
The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, CD / DVD player, TV with
satellite / M-Net, plenty of storage space, linen and air conditioning.
The en-suite bathroom has a shower, 1 with large 2 person bath, toilet,
hairdryer. and towels are supplied.
The fully equipped kitchenette has a microwave, portable oven, fridge
/ freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, shared washing machine on the
property, crockery / cutlery, cooking utensils, pots / pans and an iron
/ ironing board.

How To Get To Constantia Vista
When you pick up your car from the airport (I am sure you will have a
road map with you) all you need do is get onto the N2 Highway, leading
into Cape Town.
Once on the highway you will need to look for the M3 turn off (this will
be on your left hand side +/- 15 minutes after leaving the airport).
Just follow the M3 heading in the direction of Constantia / Muizenberg,
the next (and last) turn off to look for will be the M41 (Also on your
left hand side).
The M41 turn off will say Constantia / Hout Bay), just follow the M41
heading up to Constantia Nek and Hout Bay.
On your map you should be able to see a clearly marked sign, for a wine
farm "Groot Constantia" (it is also clearly marked by signs
on the road).
After passing this (also on your left) we are the NEXT road after the
turn off to Groot Constantia (on your left ...again) The roads name is
PRICE DRIVE. We are number 34 Price Drive.
