VILLA COLONIALE is a luxury 4-star, all suite guest house, nestled
in the peaceful and rural Constantia, nearest to the City of Cape
Town. There are a number of established wineries such as Groot and Klein
Constantia, Constantia Uitsig, Buitenverwachting and Steenberg,
each with a famous restaurant. The wine routes of Paarl, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch are also major attractions of the Cape and are less than an hour away for a magnificent experience. |

If you are not the avid hiker the cableway can be reached within 20 minutes from the Villa. Equally distant, the Waterfront is a tourist hotspot with many magnificent restaurants, shops and an amphitheater which hold regular events.
The famous beaches of the Camps Bay and the Indian Ocean are within 20 minutes from your doorstep. Cape Town is situated on a Peninsula and is surrounded by two majestic oceans. This provides spectacular drives along the coast including the unrivalled Chapman's Peak drive.
The laid back suburb of Hout Bay lies in your path between Constantia and Chapman's Peak and is well worth a visit. 14 world class golf courses are within very easy access of the guest house and tee times can be arranged for your convenience. Distance to the airport is 22 km easy driving.

Set in a magnificent, romantic garden with a willow-lined stream flowing through it, the suites are housed in a charming, historical colonial building, and they have been refurbished tastefully with love and attention to detail. All guest suites have their own entrance and are spacious, consisting of a large living-, bed- and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and a private terrace.

most famous golf courses.
Villa Coloniale is the ideal location from which to visit the best the Cape Peninsula has to offer: the lively City of Cape Town, the V&A Waterfront, the Ferry to Robben Island, Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, the famous white sandy beaches of False Bay or the West Coast. Chapman’s Peak and the Cape Peninsula National Park are within easy driving distance and the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point are not more than an hours drive away.
How To Get To Villa Coloniale
From Cape Town International Airport
Take the N2 from the airport. Continue along this until you get the M3
Muizenberg.
Continue on the M3 and take the exit 16 Ladies Mile Take this and at the
traffic lights turn left into Ladies Mile Road.
At the next traffic lights turn left into M42 direction Tokai. Drive 1.4
km and then you turn left into Willow Road /-Weg.
After 400m on your left hand side the Villa Coloniale is glad to welcome
you.
