Dana Bay B&B Guest House accommodation is centrally located
in the picturesque conservancy of Dana Bay near Mossel Bay. Our guesthouse is fortunate to have a wonderful asset - a spectacular

The honeymoon room has its own private balcony with the most spectacular
sea view from where early morning coffee can be enjoyed while watching
the dolphins and appreciating the beautiful scenery.
The other facility is a spacious family room with an adjacent single room
and a full bathroom to share. The single room is for a single guest -
an adult or a child older than 12 years of age.
Our Self-Catering flat is a spacious well-equipped unit
that sleeps 8. It has 3 stylish decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There are 2 double rooms, one en-suite, and the other room with two twin
beds. The flat is situated on ground level, which makes it easily accessible.
There is also a private lawn, which faces the sea where you can soak
up the sun or just relax whilst having your barbeque.
The flat has an unobstructed spectacular 180° sea view! Amenities
are DSTV, DVD and Braai facilities. All linen included except beach towels.
The Self-Catering unit also has it's own private entrance.

Enjoy our long pristine beaches - for a stroll, a dip or a gaze! Go Scuba-
diving, deep Sea Fishing or White-shark Cage Diving.
Watch the whales and dolphins out at play in the ocean. Enjoy the freshest
seafood in the country at the various restaurants in our area. Horse rides
can be done on Diaz Beach in Mossel Bay.
Our Malaria Free Game Farms offer a great variety of entertainment for
all. Helicopter flips over the greater Mossel Bay area are just as popular
for sight seeing!
Travelling on the Outeniqua Choo-Tjoo steam train from Mossel Bay to George
will be an unforgettable experience. This means of transport takes you
on a trip down Memory Lane.
Further north there is the renowned town of Oudtshoorn - home of the
world's largest bird namely the ostrich! When visiting the ostrich farms,
you could even try to ride one.
The cheetah & crocodile park enables you to view these magnificent
animals from up close and for the brave of heart you can even do a cage
dive with a crocodile.
The world famous Cango Caves, only a 10- minute drive from Oudtshoorn,
can be visited during the day. Wine tasting can be done on the estates
along the Garden Route as well as in the Little Karoo.
An exciting experience is grape picking during February where you can
indulge in the amazing sweet taste of the Hanepoot grape.
Another great tourist attraction is The Garden Route Casino, just around the dune. Our many restaurants in and around our establishment cater for diverse tastes - from Family diners to exquisite restaurants, delectable fresh seafood to Cuban cuisine, take-a-ways to home deliveries. A free shuttle service transporting guests to and from 6 of our most popular restaurants is an added bonus!!
Dana Bay is only 10 min away from the popular Hartenbos ATKV Holiday
Resort that offers many forms of entertainment during the festive season
such as Water Front Activities, Live Performances and the Flea Market
is also a great attraction during the holiday season.
For retail therapy you could visit the many Shopping Malls, Flea Market
Stalls and local shops that sell anything to suit every need. Also for
the visitor who needs pampering therapy to de-stress, there are Beauty
Salons and Spa's.
Then after a day of sightseeing and bathing head back to your guest house and experience a breathtaking sunset whilst making a fire for a barbeque, taking a romantic stroll on the beach to end off a perfect day or just relax and plan the next day's holiday program.
How To Get To Dana Bay Guest House
From N2 Cape Town
Take Dana Bay turn off at robot, left at Caltex Garage (approx 1 km),
right into Protea Road (approx 1 km) and left into P. Mellifera Street
– number 34 (4th house on the left).
From N2 George / Port Elizabeth
Do not take first turn off into Mossel Bay keep going until informal settlement
is passed on left, take Mossel Bay R102 number 387 turn off – also
Casino indication, left at T and right into Dana Bay turn off at the robot.
Same as above. From centre of town - follow directions to Cape Town (N2)
until Dana Bay turn off and the robot. Same as above.
