All Standard rooms feature en-suite bathroom facilities, air-conditioning

Executive suites feature en-suite bathroom facilities, air-conditioning

- Executive Double Room is a double bedded room and there is 60 of them.
- Executive Twin Room has two single beds in a room there is 93 of these.
- Club Floor Room is a double bedded room and there's 34 of this kind.
- Club Floor Suite is a double bedded room with a lounge and there are
only 3 of them.
- Paraplegic Rooms are equipped for paraplegic guests and there are 2
of these.
- Executive Suite is a double bedded room with a lounge and there is 11
of them.
- Executive Suite Twin is a twin bedded room with a lounge and there is
only 1 of this type.

-The Committee and Harbour View boardrooms both provide seating for up
to 12 people.
-The Yellowwood Room - seats up to 550 persons.
-The Prince Alfred Room – seats up to 150 persons and can be subdivided
into smaller venues that can host up to 30 people.
-The Royal Boardroom – seats up to 100 persons.
-The Marine Room – seats up to 100 persons.
-Berea View – seats up to 30 persons and looks out over the Berea
suburb.
-Town Garden Suite – seats up to 70 persons.

The Royal Hotel is equipped to offer exceptional service and

VCR, and data projectors are available to hire.
Wedding Venues and Facilities

This function room has the advantage of offering itself in its entirety
or as two, three or four separate areas which can operate independently
of one another.
These are known as the Prince Alfred Room Suites 1,2,3 & 4, provide
the ideal venue for all types of functions. Curtaining in subtle shades
complement the rich carpeting and brass chandeliers, providing an elegant
setting suitable for any occasion.
Royal Boardroom & Marine Room - Boardroom Dimensions:

These are two of the most practical and intimate function rooms available.
Both of these rooms are ideally suited for business workshops, luncheons,

suites. Both suites are paneled with magnificent yellowwood complemented
by brass chandeliers making these rooms suitable for any occasion.
The Top of the Royal - The Top of The Royal has one
of the finest settings in Durban, offering panoramic views of Durban Bay.
This is an ideal venue for luncheons and dinners as well as cocktail parties.
