77 Arlington Self Catering Accommodation
We are a 4 star graded accommodation and have 3 spacious double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The open plan lounge has under floor heating, spacious and deep richly upholstered couches with rich maroon red scatter cushions, coffee table and TV cabinet with television and DVD player.
Patio doors leading to large undercover patio and beautiful front garden. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a scullery and a double sink, under counter oven with hob, high quality cutlery and crockery, tumble dryer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer.
The front patio is furnished with quality outdoor furniture, a bamboo
ceiling and large built-in braai area. The open plan dining area is fitted
with french doors that lead to the patio and has an unusual 8 seater dining
room table, chairs and a bench.
We have a pleasant and manicured garden and our property is fully secure.
We have DSTV, double garage with remote controlled doors and a remote
controlled gate into the property.
The main bedroom is en-suite with a private dressing room leading into
a spacious bathroom with double vanity, bath and shower.
King size bed or 2 singles with 100% percale linen, bedside lamps, dressing
table and easy chairs. Ample built-in cupboards.
Bedroom 1 is a spacious double room with a king size bed or 2 singles
with bedside tables and lamps, ample built-in cupboards.
Bedroom 2 is a spacious double room with either a king size bed or 2 x
single beds or 1 x king with bedside tables and lamps, ample built-in
cupboards. We also provide high quality percale towels, a hairdryer, heating
panels, satellite TV, fans and and alarm system.

The
built-in BBQ on the front patio is for your use and enjoyment. Wood and
fire-starters are provided upon request.
Durbanville has a number of health spas in the vicinity and on those you
don't feel like self-catering, guests can try the finest coffee shopsin
town which are a mere 5 minute drive for breakfast.
Children are welcome and housekeeping will be provided upon request and
prior arrangement for an additional fee.
Internet connectivity can be arranged upon request and guest will be given
keys upon arrival which they are expected to give back upon departure.
There
is ample secure parking for up to 4 vehicles on the property. Two vehicles
in the double garage and two in the driveway.
The front patio is comfortably furnished for your convenience to spend
leisurely days and evenings by the fireside.
Please be kind enough to replace the upholstered cushions before retiring
for the night. Pre arrival shopping will be arranged for you in advance
for your convenience.
A shuttle service to and from Cape Town International Airport can be
provided upon request at an additional cost. Please pre-arrange with management.
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms but guests are welcome to smoke outside
on the patios and there is a prepaid telephone available for local and
international calls and internet dial-up can be arranged. Tours and tour
guides can be arranged in advance and upon request.
How To Get To 77 Arlington Self Catering
From the N1
Take the Willie Van Schoor offramp in the direction of Durbanville. Drive
approximately 3.8 km and turn right into 
Eversdal
Road.
Turn right again into Bordeaux Street (2nd road right) and turn right
into Arlington. No 77 is on your left at the end of the cul-de-sac.
From Cape Town
Travelling from Cape Town towards Paarl on the N1, take exit R302 to Durbanville.
This is Willie van Schoor / Durban Road and leads you past Tygervalley Shopping Centre.
Drive approximately 3.8 km in the direction of Durbanville and turn right into Eversdal Road.
Turn right again into Bordeaux Street (2nd road right) and turn right into Arlington Street. No 77 is on your left at the end of the cul-de-sac.
From Cape Town International Airport
Take the N2 towards Somerset Wes and take the R300 exit towards Bellville.
Drive to the end of this road and take the exit marked N1 Cape Town. Travel
towards Cape Town until exit R302 and turn right going towards Durbanville.
Carry on as stated above.
