delightful, spacious architect designed 3 bedroomed home, situated a sedate
10 minutes walk to the main bathing beach, shopping centre and restaurants.
Peace, tranquility, sunshine, the sounds of birds, together with mountain
views whilst you relax around the small aerated splash pool set the scene.
Disa Gardens Accommodation
The house accommodates 6 guests in perfect comfort. The house is fully
equipped with top of the range linen and towels and a small library full
of popular novels, cards and games is also provided.
The pool deck is fully paved and is equipped with loungers and garden
chairs and table and is a very relaxing and private sun drenched area.
The pool is covered with a removable cover to prevent evaporation and
as a security measure for children. There is also a secure lock up parking
for 2 vehicles.
Main Bedroom
The main bedroom has built-in cupboards, colour TV, queen size
luxury bed, dressing table, pedestals and a balcony accessed through the
large sliding doors providing beautiful views of the mountains.
Bedroom 2
This room also has built-in cupboards, a double luxury bed and pedestals
with an external glass door to a courtyard.
Bedroom 3
The last bedroom has 2 off luxury single beds with pedestals and built-in
cupboards.
The accommodation has 2 bathrooms, the first 1 with a basin, large shower
and toilet being next to the main bedroom and the second one is on the
lower level opposite room 2, 3 and the garden courtyard and has a shower,
basin and toilet.
A large room with skylights and sliding glass doors to the pool patio
is furnished with soft luxury sofas, coffee table, Colour TV with DStv
and video recorder, and the dining area has a comfortable 6 seater dining
room suite
. All the units are fitted with waterless pots, ample cupboards, glassware,
washing machine, cooking ware, fridge / freezer, cutlery, tumble drier,
crockery, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, a grill and a toaster.
