Hoek south of Cape Town close to Clovelly Golf & Country Club and
in walking distance to the beach.
The high quality U-PVC windows and doors block out Cape Town’s famous
South Easter wind.
Dolphin Apartment Accommodation
The Dolphin Apartment on ground floor level is tastefully and luxuriously
furnished and consists of 1 bedroom, 1 separate bed-living room, a complete
and modern kitchen and a bathroom.
Both bedroom and lounge lead onto a big private terrace of about 30qm
and the apartment has its own parking space.
Bedroom 1
Includes a king size bed and seperate mattresses. There is a large built-in
cupboard that provides sufficient storage for the guests personal items,
a safe for securing confidential and important documents and a chandelier
in the room that adds romance to the room setting.
The bathroom has a spacious shower enclosed in a glass cabin, a basin
with lots of storage space underneath and a big mirror, the taps are all
modern mixers for the immediate right water temperature and soft towels
are supplied.
Bedroom 2
The lounge has a stylish Ikea sleeper couch that transforms into
a comfy bed and a wardrobe storage space for clothing and other belongings.
This unit can accommodate another couple or 2 children and there is a
TV, a table and 4 trendy chairs. The ultra modern kitchen is fully equipped
with a Bosch oven and hob, sink, fridge / freezer, toaster, coffee machine,
water kettle and all the pots, pans, bowls, cutlery and crockery that
you need for 4 persons.
The terrace is fully fenced and offers a view onto an open big green field
where Guinea Fowls, Hadedahs, Egyptian Geese and other birds visit frequently.
Pets and smoking are prohibited but smoking will be tolerated in demarcated
areas.
