Virtually on the Sea, these luxury self-catering suites are situated in
Fish Hoek a suburb of Cape Town on the False Bay coastline within easy
reach of all Cape Town’s attractions.
Located in the middle of the peninsula it is less than 35 minutes drive
to the main attractions of Cape Town i.e. Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront,
Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Chapman's Peak Drive, the Cape of Good
Hope (Cape Point), Boulder's Beach Penguin Colony and the Constantia Winelands.
Tudor House By The Sea Accommodation
Tudor House by the Sea consists of 8 luxury apartments, ranging from
one to three bedrooms. Each luxury suite is sea facing and has a spacious
lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
We have an on site private parking area for our guests, at night our concierge
service will see you to your apartment and make sure that your needs are
met when management is not on site.
For your convenience there is also a coin operated laundromat situated
on the premises. These operate with the old R5.00 coins. Please enquire
at reception should you require change.
Each apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board. There is
a train service on our doorstep, for easy access to Simon’s Town
and Cape Town.
We can assist with car hire as well as airport transfers. Day tours can
be arranged to any of the other spectacular places in and around the Cape
Peninsula.
All apartments are equipped with fully equipped kitchens, which are ideal
for self-catering, satellite TV and the larger apartments are dual view,
hair dryers, clock radios, wall safes, heaters and intercom systems.
Linen and towels are provided, beach towels can be obtained from reception
on request and apartments are serviced daily.
Apartment 1 - Katherine of Aragon
This one bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor and has it’s
own private waterfront garden with magnificent sea views as well as a
vine- covered patio.
This apartment has two single beds (that can be converted into a king
size bed) and an full en-suite bathroom including a bath and shower. The
apartment is approximately 59 square metres in size.
Apartment 2 - Anne Boleyn
A one bedroomed apartment situated on the ground floor and has its own
private waterfront garden with magnificent sea views as well as a vine-
covered patio.
This apartment has one queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted
with a bath and a shower. The size of this apartment is approximately
50 square meters or 250 Square feet.
Apartment 3 - Jane Seymour
This suite is situated within close proximity to the front door and is
ideal for wheelchairs or the elderly as there are no stairs involved.
This large apartment comprises of three bedrooms and can comfortably sleep
5 people. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two
single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. There is also one
full bathroom with a bath and a shower and an additional separate toilet.
There is also a large deck leading out from the lounge area and the main
bedroom with the most spectacular sea views. This apartment is approximately
102 square metres or 500 Square feet in size.
Apartment 4 - Ann of Cleves
Apartments 3 and 4 are opposite one another and very similar, with the
main difference being that instead of 3 bedrooms and has two bedrooms,
the 2nd being very spacious. Each room has queen size bed and can therefore
cater for two couples.

Apartment 6 – Katherine Parr
Situated on the top floor and sleeps 5 people. The main bedroom has a
queen bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom
has one single bed.
This apartment also has a sleeper couch in the second bedroom, which can
sleep 1 additional adult or two small children. There is also one full
bathroom with a bath and a shower and an additional separate toilet.
There is also a large deck leading out from the lounge area and the main
bedroom with the most spectacular sea views. This apartment is approximately
102 square meters or 55 square feet.
Apartments7, 8 & 9 can be combined as one unit of 3 bedrooms or 8 & 9 can be combined to one form one two bedroomed unit or the apartments can be taken as individual units sleeping 2 adults. Two of these apartments also have sleeper couches in the lounge.
Apartment 7
Situated on the ground floor this apartment consists of a lounge,
bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower as well as a full kitchen with
dining area.
The lounge has a sleeper couch and the bedroom can be configured into
2 single or a king size bed.The apartment has travertine tiles throughout
with under floor heating for those colder winter days.
Apartment 8
This suite has the most beautiful views of the Hottentots Holland
Mountains and the greater False Bay. The unit sleeps two people in either
single or king beds.
Apartment 9
Our honeymoon suite is a combination of old charm and luxurious living
with views to top it all. The apartment has a king-size bed in large room
with a bathroom to pamper yourself.
