Allaire Accommodation
The apartment is fully equipped with all the extras like a dishwasher,
microwave oven, DSTV, DVD-player and hair dryer. There is also air-conditioning
in the main bedroom and lounge. You will be pampered with the finest percale
linen, fluffy towels and gowns, Charlotte Rhys toiletries and a cup of
the finest coffee around.
This secure apartment on the second floor also has a lock-up garage and
another secure parking place available. You are also invited to use the
swimming towels provided for a swim in the complex’s communal swimming
pool.
There are 2 bedrooms, the main room has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom
has twin beds. The main room is en-suite with a bath and shower while
the 2nd bathroom has a shower only. The main bedroom and the lounge are
equipped with air conditioning.
Other features include complimentary tea and Nespresso® coffee, gas
fireplace, 400-thread count Percale linen, gowns, slippers, hairdryer,
lock-up garage and a communal swimming pool. Internet services are available
with prior arrangement and rooms are serviced daily on request and service
fee is not included in the price.

How To Get To Allaire
FROM CAPE TOWN AIRPORT (45 MINUTE DRIVE)
Leave the airport and get onto the N2 highway towards Somerset West. Exit
at the Baden Powell Drive / Stellenbosch turnoff. Turn left and continue
for quite a distance (past Spier Wine Estate) until you get to a T-junction.
Turn right onto the dual road leading into Stellenbosch. Continue along
this road (Adam Tas Street) until you pass the railway station on your
left.
Continue driving until you reach a yield sign leading to the left. Keep
going left. Continue straight on until you see a sign to the right which
says "Franschhoek via Helshoogte Pass." Follow the Helshoogte
Pass (past Boschendal Estate) until you reach a T-junction.
Turn right at the T-junction and follow the road for about 15km to reach
Franschhoek. At Place Vendome, turn left into Uitkyk Street, drive 400m
over two stop streets, turn right in Akademie Street, at stop - Sorbonne
Complex on your right hand.
