Lakeside Lodges
Lodges are set high on the northern slopes of the magnificent Franschhoek Mountains in a beautiful garden that extends upwards into the Cape's unique Fynbos. Overlooking a trout-filled lake and Franschhoek's charming village below, it is the ideal setting for a relaxing weekend of leisure.
For those who wish to escape city life and experience the sheer joy of silence, beauty and unassuming simplicity in a charming country retreat, our Lakeside Lodges is the ideal destination.
Inside the Lodges you will find everything you will require to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. Cool in summer because of their higher altitude and cosy in winter with ceramic fireplaces and logs at the door.

Self Catering Cottages
The two rustic self-catering cottages are set amongst vineyards which are situated a mere ten minute stroll from the restaurant. These cottages are suitable for families, and children that are able to swim. Facilities include a private plunge pool, wooden fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.
Pear Tree Cottage can sleep 2 guests and the bigger Maison Cottage can sleep up to 4 guests in two double bedrooms and an additional two children can be accommodated on request. These cottages also have magnificent views of the valley.

Vineyard Deluxe Suite
Opulent, spacious and regal best describe the French-inspired deluxe suite. The private lounge is enhanced with a fireplace, under-floor heating, a mini bar, tea & coffee making facilities and television / DVD.
An air-conditioned bedroom features a separate dressing room, and an elite hand-carved, four-poster extended-length bed, draped in rich cotton with silk accentuates, tastefully finished with a down duvet and crisp, white percale linen.
The full en-suite bathroom has under-floor heating and heated towel rails, as well as a large twin-head, walk-in shower.
A private veranda, intimate entertaining area and swimming pool are surrounded by stunning valley views.

Vista Suite (Superior Vineyard Suite)
Majestically situated on a natural outcrop in the Sauvignon Blanc vineyard, the superior vista suite boats unsurpassed views of the verdant vineyard and valley below - enjoyed best from the privacy of the veranda and plunge pool.
Colonial mono-tones of pleasant creams and rich, dark wood decorate an elegant and spacious interior, which features a lounge and fireplace, television / DVD, a mini bar, air conditioning and under-floor heating.
Beds are extended length and covered with premium-quality percale linen. The full en-suite bathroom, complete with free-standing bath, offers the comfort of under-floor heating as well as heated towel rails.

How To Get To La Petite Ferme

Take the N2 highway towards Somerset West / Stellenbosch. Once on the N2, take the 1st off-ramp, signposted Bellville R300.
Continue along the R300 for +/- 10 km. Take the N1 towards Paarl. Take exit 47, signed Wellington, Stellenbosch and Klapmuts.

Turn right immediately and continue for 300m over the four way stop. Take the R45 left, towards Franschhoek Follow the road for +/- 7 km; take a right at the T-junction. Continue for +/- 20 km into Franschhoek.
Once in Franschhoek; continue along Main Street until you reach a T-junction with the large Huguenot monument in front of you. Turn left and proceed up the pass for +/- 2km. You will find La Petite Ferme on the right hand side.
