One bathroom has a bath and shower and the other bathroom only has a shower. The rooms are comfortably furnished with feather duvets, pillows, pure cotton linen and complimentary toiletries. Fleecy gowns and hot water bottles are provided. Both bedrooms have double doors that open onto patio / garden.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, a spacious living / dining
and kitchen area as well as a breakfast counter with stools. The kitchen
is fully- equipped including a fridge, oven and hob microwave, coffee-maker,
cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils.
The dining room is furnished with a table and leather chairs. The fireplace
is surrounded by comfortable couches and there is a separate TV lounge
with leather sofas, DSTV and DVD player.
There is air conditioning in the living area and under floor heating
in the bedroom. The patio has an outdoor dining table. The house has a
private garden complete with water features and there is 24 hour gate
security.
At Maison Provence, you will find yourself relaxing into a slower pace
of life. You can wake to a leisurely breakfast on the private outdoor
patio, soaking up the first gentle rays of sunshine and savouring the
peace and tranquillity. Breakfast can be followed by a gentle stroll around
the estate, leaving time to feed the ducks.

How To Get To Maison Provence
Take the N1 from Cape Town in the direction of Paarl to Johannesburg.
Follow the N1 for approximately 35 km. Roughly 10 km before reaching Paarl,
take the off-ramp towards Klapmuts on the R44. At the end of the off-ramp,
turn right under the N1. After 300 m, drive straight on at the four-way
intersection.
After 200 m, turn left and follow the sign for Franschhoek. Drive on for
approximately 10 km until you reach a T-junction. Turn right, following
the sign for Franschhoek, along the R45. After approximately 20 km, you
will enter Franschhoek / Lambrechts Road. Take the first left after La
Provence and then take your first right into Pinotage Lane.
