Garden Flat
The homely en-suite flat has a master bedroom with king sized bed, open-plan
dining area and kitchenette with a microwave, kettle and toaster. The
spacious lounge is situated upstairs with spectacular views of the mountain
from the balcony.
The flat has no Internet connection and only SABC channels are available.
It is the ideal setting for a quiet breakaway. Bedding and towels are
provided and the unit is serviced according to the length of the stay.
A garage is available for guest's use which has direct access to the flat.

How To Get To Villa Roux
Franschhoek is 80 km from central Cape Town. Look for signs to the N1
going in the direction of Paarl / Johannesburg. Follow the N1 for approximately
35 km. 10 km before reaching Paarl, take the off-ramp to Klapmuts / R44.
At the end of the off-ramp, turn right under the N1.
After 300 m, drive straight over the four-way crossing. After 200 m, turn
left and follow the sign to Franschhoek. Drive on for approximately 10
km until you reach a T-junction.
Turn right and follow the sign, Franschhoek, along the R45. After approximately 20 km you will enter Franschhoek on Huguenot Street. Turn left into Reservoire East at the post office. At the fifth road, turn right. About 800 m down you will find Lille Street. Number 1 is at the very end of the Cul-de-sac.
