Atlantic
Living has locations in Sea Point and Fresnaye, both premium areas situated
on the Atlantic Seaboard and equally distant from the
V & A Waterfront and Down Town CBD on one side and stylish, fun filled
Camps Bay on the other.
Five minutes by car will take you there or you can walk to Clifton, one
of the best beaches in Cape Town, in fifteen minutes.
Atlantic Living Accommodation
Atlantic Living has three attractive accommodation alternatives
to offer you, two of which are located in the same apartment
complex.
Common to the three is that they have all been completely re-furbished
in 2007 to give them a contemporary, stylish and comfortable look and
feel. They each have full self catering facilities and are serviced a
minimum of three times a week.
The Deluxe Apartment is situated in Pall Mall, London
Road, Sea Point about 100 meters from the beach and Cape Town's beautiful
Promenade.
A wonderful place to either stroll or exercise while enjoying stunning
sea and mountain vistas. 100 meters in the opposite direction you will
find a multitude of diverse shopping and eating experiences.
Pall Mall is an Art Deco building with large rooms and high ceilings.
It comprises an open plan entertainment area of lounge, dining-room and
raised kitchen / bar.
Down the elegant passage are two generous bedrooms, a separate full bathroom
and the third room which can be used either as a study or small additional
bedroom .
The decor and design emphasis of this apartment is one
of generous comfort. Large sofas and easy dining for 6 invite relaxing
good times, and the modern kitchen with bar counter creates an informal
and pleasurable cooking environment.
Our Mountain View Apartment and Garden Apartment are situated in the same Fresnaye apartment complex close to beaches, shopping and dining and about a 10 minute walk from our Deluxe Apartment.
Mountain View is large 1 bedroom flat , with a view
of Lions Head from the lounge and the Sea from the bedroom. Decorated
in earthy African tones and with original African art on the walls, the
open plan living, dining and modern kitchen area is informal and welcoming.
The large and sunny bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, plenty
of cupboard space as well as a dressing table and relaxed seating while
the modern bathroom has a separate shower in addition to a jacuzzi bath.
Situated in the same block as the prestigious 5 *****Star Le Vendome
Hotel, this small and secure Art Deco block houses a fully equipped luxurious
apartment.
On entering, you will be greeted by a large dining and lounge area distinguished
by its rich gold and red hues made all the more alive by the sun's rays.
The dining room table, which is Victorian and can be transformed into
a 1/4 size pool table, seats 6/ 8. Make yourself comfortable in the lounge
and sink into two large 3 seater gold suede sofas and watch your favourite
programs on DSTV.
Slightly raised and divided from the lounge by the very social
bar counter is the modern and fully equipped kitchen, ready for
either Chef or casual Cook. Solid Tasmanian oak tops and wooden floors
add to the ambiance.
Everything you might need to entertain 8 is included.
At the end of an elegant passage decorated with beautiful Asian pieces
are the sleeping quarters. The first bedroom is extremely
large and comfortably decorated in shades of green.
An impressive queen size mahogany bed with luxury mattress and percale
sheets will ensure a good night's rest. The discreet en suite bathroom
with shower is tiled in stone with original brass fittings.
An array of lighting provides a multitude of mood options and the available
cupboard space is more than sufficient . The room is completed with an
ancient Chinese carpet and original botanical art .
The second bedroom is also well sized, has a queen bed
with padded suede headboard, a beautiful writing desk with silk covered
chair and generous cupboard space. It has recently been re-carpeted and
the colour key is duck blue and taupe.
The second full bathroom has modern stone tiling with bath / shower, while
the third room which has also been re-carpeted houses a desk with Internet
access and a sleeper chair.
Atlantic Living's Garden Apartment is a cosy flat with
a private garden and barbecuing facility. It has a separate bedroom fitted
with a queen size bed and built in cupboards, a bathroom with shower and
a comfortable living room with adjoining kitchenette.
Situated on the corner of the building with it's own secure private entrance
and private landscaped garden in front is this little apartment, a gem
for holiday makers and business people alike.
The garden with its entertainment area and barbecuing facility leads
into the lounge which is decorated in a contemporary manner with neutral
tones, comfortable seating for 4 and TV / Satellite connection.
The small open kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, Bodum coffee maker,
kettle and toaster as well as tableware for 4 people.
Next to the open kitchen is the brand new tiled bathroom with contemporary
shower, basin and toilet offering large and fluffy bath towels.
The bedroom has been newly carpeted and compactly furnished
with a queen size bed and built in cupboards. The windows open to the
garden and best quality sheets and duvets complete the setting.
Atlantic Living Facilities and Activities:
A working harbour which is also home to shops, restaurants, movie theatres,
the Aquarium, boat excursions including Robben Island and lots lots more.
A really enjoyable and worthwhile outing for everyone and anyone.
Take a stroll up Long Street and enjoy the rich diversity
of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. Visit Parliament or stroll in the
Company Gardens. Collect some curios along the way in Green Market Square
or take in some history at the Fort.
One of the earliest Malay settlements, Bo Kaap today combines history
with trendy boutique shops and restaurants. Have lunch in the Cape Quarter.
You can either walk up or take the Cable Car. As long as you do it for
one of the best views around. Walk up, paraglide off.
Great beaches, great views and plenty of bars and restaurants from which
to enjoy the passing parade. Walk, run, cycle along one of the great Esplanades
of the world. Take a dip in the very well appointed Public Pools.
Walk along the coast road for stunning views and beaches. For all your
shopping, banking, laundry / dry cleaning, in fact just about everything.
Have a coffee at St.John's Piazza. On the border of Sea Point and Bantry
Bay, take your picnic and enjoy.
