Rose Cottage Accommodation

Rose Cottage is divided into 8 separate independent structures namely:
Rose Cottage Hammerkop
Hammerkop can accommodate 8 guests and consists of 2 separate bedrooms, 2 single beds in each room and 2 double sleeper couches in the double size lounge.
It has a shower with basin and a separate toilet, large fully equipped kitchen and small dining room. The double size lounge consists of a TV, DVD Player, Hi-Fi and a sliding door that leads to the long stoep, garden, swimming pool, braai and 8 seater Lapa.

Rose Cottage Rooibekkie
Rooibekkie our Granny Flat can accommodate 2 guests. It consists of 2 single beds that form a double bed with an open plan fully equipped kitchen, TV with DStv ( bring own smart card) and an on-suite bathroom.
The bathroom consists of a bath, toilet and basin. The cottage has its own private braai area and a quaint 2 seater, romantic “Lapa”. The unit has a “Honey-Oak” theme with cute kitchenette.

Rose Cottage Swallow
Swallow can accommodate 4 guests in 2 separate bedrooms. There is a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet in the main bedroom and 2 single beds.
There ia an open plan kitchen, dining room, Hi-Fi, TV and 2 sliding doors that leads out to the private braai, 4 seater Lapa and a private bathroom with a shower and basin only.

Rose Cottage Blue Crane Unit
The lovely Blue Crane Unit is a comfortable-sized, family-styled house; consisting of 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with factory-direct beds, finest in quality and first in comfort.
The rest of the house includes 2 lounges, one being a smaller family-styled lounge, and the other a huge entertainment-styled area with indoor braai and adjoining kitchen.

Although Blue Crane has no view of the dam, it is situated a mere 5 minutes’ drive from the dam and only 1km from the main Rose Cottage complex.
There is no swimming pool on the premises but there is a lovely luscious garden and under cover parking. The unit is air conditioned.

Rose Cottage Suikerbekkie Unit
Suikerbekkie is part of the Rose Cottage group of establishments and is situated 6 houses from the Main Rose Cottage mother unit.
Surrounded by fruit trees and grapevines, this is a great hide-away from the city rush and a unit that invites you to kick off your shoes and just relax.
This self contained house is the latest of the Rose Cottage group and consists of 3 rooms, serviced by a single bath / shower and separate toilet.

The rest of the house features a separate kitchen combined dining area, separate lounge and paintings by John Burton.
There are pristine “spine –master” beds in all rooms and quality sheridan linen, together with brand new cutlery and furniture ensures that this unit is something out of the ordinary.
Facilities include a flat screen TV, garage parking, braai facilities, swimming pool at main Rose Cottage Complex only 6 doors down. Gariep Dam only 5 minute ride away from Suikerbekkie Unit

Rose Cottage Mossie
Mossie is a bachelor unit situated on the same premises as Suikerbekkie and is perfect for 2adults. The cozy unit consists of two single beds, a shower, and coffee / tea facilities, kettle, counter-top stove, microwave and bar-fridge. The unit also features a flat screen TV, a quaint 2-seater lapa outside and its own entrance which ensures complete privacy.

Rose Cottage Fish Eagle
Fish Eagle is a lovely free-standing home that can accommodate up to 6 adults in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering accommodation.
The unit has got a fridge, stove and microwave for your comfort. The dining room and lounge have a large flat screen TV and is very spacious, comfortable and private. Stepping outside you will find braai facilities and a 6 seater lapa.

Rose Cottage Seagull
Seagull is a spacious garden flat, situated on the same premises as Fish Eagle, but with own entrance which ensures complete privacy.
The cottage consists of a main bedroom, bathroom and separate lounge. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with flat screen TV.
This lovely unit is ideal for a romantic get-away, or to escape from the city rush. A holiday in Seagull will ensure that you will return to your destination refreshed and rejuvenated.
