406 Cascades the apartment sleeps 2 adults, ideally a couple, as there is one queen size bed available.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.
The apartment is non-smoking, please.
There is a secure parking bay and 24 hour security.

There is also a safe in the room.
From the balcony you can view the harbour and the V & A Waterfront on one side and Signal Hill on the other.
No pets are allowed.
Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. Payment is taken by a 50% deposit into our bank account and the balance by EFT or cash on arrival.

Self-catering Apartment
The luxury apartment has one open-plan room with a queen-size bed, as well as a double sleeper couch where a child can be put to bed.
The living area is fully equipped with a DVD player, mini Hi-Fi and TV with SABC channels and E-TV.
An iron and ironing board is also available.
The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including the microwave, oven with two plates, fridge, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
We do not have a daily cleaning facility, but we do provide cleaning materials for your stay. Our minimum stay is normally five nights, but depends on time of year. Please enquire.

From the N1/N2 highway, keep on straight into town until you reach Somerset Road, third traffic light.
Turn right into Somerset Road.
Keep traveling for 1.1 km until you reach Vesperdene Raod on your left, just before Mano's Restaurant and ‘Toys R Us’.
Turn left into Vesperdene Road.
You will find Cascades on your right.
