Modern multi level designed house with water features, wooden boardwalk and natural stone / tile finishes. Ideal for the young & trendy, business person and tour groups, which require exclusivity in a relaxed atmosphere. Situated higher on the hillside of Greenpoint, a 10 min walk from Wilton Manor, this latest addition to our portfolio was totally refurbished to broaden the choice available to guests. Wilton Place is found in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Wilton Place has been remodelled into an upmarket spacious establishment with a modern flair. The guest house is dominated by straight line architecture with a minimalist character. Vibrant colours overlay the natural undertones to create warmth and highlight the modern design.
Wilton Place Accommodation
Five rooms, each en-suite, have been tastefully designed. Our executive
rooms are spacious and well equipped. Crisp white linen and fluffy white
duvets finish off the luxury ambiance created by the natural Travertine
tiles and stately use of fine wood.
A Buffet breakfast is served from the open plan lounge; guests normally
take pleasure in having this on the large patio offering wonderful sea
views of the bay. The barbeque facility & bar service are always available
to our guests.
Services at Wilton Place
To complement your stay, Wilton Place has a wonderful hostess. She caters
for breakfast and she can assist with day to day enquiries.
Our guests enjoy breakfast at Wilton Place – fresh fruit salad and
juices, a selection of cereals and your choice of eggs, omelets, sausage,
bacon, mushrooms, breads and pancakes are served.
Security:
The property is fully walled and CCTV is used to further enhance your
safety. There is a guard on night duty to control entry and exit.
He can also assist with any advice in the evenings. Access is gained with
a coded tag system. Limited off street parking is available.
Rates:
Our tariff includes bed and breakfast. When available, off street parking
is offered on a first come basis. Items for the guest account will include
Bar & Beverage service, laundry, etc.
As an optional extra – to add further enjoyment to your stay, why
not request an evening barbeque on the patio while enjoying a stunning
sunset over the sea. We regret Wilton Place is not suited for children
under 12 years.
