Nestled on the Eastern side of the Dam, amongst the Magalies Mountains, Beethoven Lodge is conveniently situated within the scenic panorama of the Hartbeespoort Dam valley, on the R511, only 35 minutes from Johannesburg & Pretoria, 10 minutes from Brits & 75 minutes from the Pilanesberg Game Reserve, Sun City & The Palace of the Lost City, as well as numerous Golf Courses within easy reach.

This picturesque establishment offers spacious & luxurious, 4 Star Graded Bed and Breakfast accommodation, as well as top class, serviced Self-Catering 2 bedroom, 4 sleeper chalets.
Beethoven Lodge also has a Conference venue, for up to 30 persons, depending on seating arrangements.

This 5 hectare property is well secured with palisade fencing and an electric gate. We are 1-2km from three main shopping centers, the medical center and a garage, in Ifafi, and there are 7 Pubs & Restaurants within 2km of us, allowing our guests to enjoy a variety of different cuisines.

Beethoven Lodge Accommodation

BED & BREAKFAST SUITES (4 STAR)
Our luxury B&B suites consist of a bedroom, small lounge & have bathrooms en-suite (all with showers, and some with baths), and are equipped with a Fridge, a Microwave, and have tea & coffee facilities as well.
All the suites are Air-Conditioned and have a TV with their own DStv decoder and remote controls, with 20 channels enabled as a Hotel Bouquet.

Our Breakfasts are well renowned and consist of a variety of Fruits, Yogurts Mueslis, Juice, Cold meats, Cheese, as well as a full English breakfast of Bacon & Eggs, toast etc, & Teas and Coffee.
Selfcatering:
Our spacious 80sq meter, 2-bedroom, 4 sleeper chalets (one double & two single beds) are fully equipped with towels, linen, crockery and cutlery as well as pots and pans.
They have a fridge, a microwave, 3 plate stove top, as well as all the basic kitchen equipment required. Each chalet has a TV with its own DSTV decoder with 20 channels enabled as a Hotel bouquet.
The bathroom has both a bath and separate shower.

In the bedrooms and lounge there are ceiling fans for the warm summer days and the lounge has a fireplace for those cosy cool winter nights.
The chalets have their own braai area and undercover parking.
Each chalet has a TV with its own DSTV decoder with 20 channels enabled as a Hotel bouquet. The bathroom has both a bath and separate shower.

Directions to Beethoven Lodge:
- O.R. Tambo International Airport:
Take the R21 to Pretoria, turn South on to the N1 (Johannesburg), follow for +/-10Km until the road splits into 6 lanes just past Makro (LHS), stay in the Right hand two lanes and continue on straight on to the R28/N14 (Krugersdorp) highway. 10Km further-on turn off the N14 onto the R511(Sandton/Hartbeespoort) and go left (North) under the N14 highway.

(A) 2km further-on filter left at the sign "R511 Hartbeespoort". Approx 25Km later you get to a 4 way stop on the bridge over the N4 toll road (Quagga highway), go straight on, 2km later you get a 3 way stop to the left with a garage on the right, keep on going straight,

(B) follow the R511 until you have been through 2 traffic lights, another two, stop streets, past the Sediba Spar shopping on the left, and then 500mts later is a 4 way stop. At the 4 way stop there is a “4 ever Fresh” veggie shop on the left and a Total Garage on the right, turn right here and we are 1.1Km further up the road, on the Right hand side.

- Sandton:
Take the R511 (Malibongwe) North past Monte Casino/Fourways & Diepsloot, go under the N14 Krugersdorp/Pretoria highway and follow the instructions from (A) above.

- Krugersdorp:
Travel North on the N14 until the R512 Lanseria off-ramp.Turn Left and (C) go past Lanseria +/-20km until the "T" Junction. Turn right towards Pretoria. Go past Pelindaba (Robot here) and a further 2 Km later there is a 3 way stop "N4 Toll". Turn left, 500mts go over the toll road and 500mts further filter left at the "R511 Hartbeespoort" sign. Follow the instructions from (B) above.

- Randburg:
Take the R512 highway towards Lanseria Airport, and follow the directions from (C) above.

- Pretoria:
Take the Quagga N4 Toll road (Church St) to Rustenburg. At the end of the toll road turn right at the bridge and go over the end of the toll road. 500 meters later filter left at the "R511 Hartbeespoort" sign and follow the directions from (B) above.

- Brits:
Follow the R511 South, over the Magaliesberg mountain. At the bottom of the mountain, take the road to the Right (R511 Sandton / Hartbeespoort). Go straight with this road for 1 Km and we are on the Left-Hand side.

- Rustenburg:
Take the Bakwena Toll (East) until the “Hartbeespoort” turn off. Follow this road until it goes up on to a bridge and makes a “T” junction, turn right and 500mts later filter left at the next “T”.
Go straight past all the Markets to the 4way stop. Go over the stop and continue over the dam wall, through the tunnel, and through Schoemansville, past a number of stop streets until you get to a traffic light at the school.
Turn left here and follow straight, past the old cable-way, to another “T” junction. Turn right and then we are 500mts on the left hand side.
