The guest house offers luxury accommodation for a pleasant nights rest.
Our presidential suites have their own walk-in cupboards, en-suite bathrooms, fire place and private balconies over looking the dam.
Then we also have 2 luxury en-suite rooms and 2 self catering apartments
All our rooms have under floor heating, air-conditioning, heated towel rails, DSTV and tea and coffee making facilities. This is equaled with a view of the Hartebeespoort dam. Only the best is good enough for our guests.

The Emerald Suite

The Tanzanite Suite
The precious gem from Africa, this explains the grandeur of this beautiful and spacious en suite unit. With large sliding doors that open onto the patio, awesome view of the dam and the tranquility of a forgotten era makes this a suite to desire. The malachite green and cream marble bathroom will leave you refresh and rested.

The Sapphire Suite
If you want luxurious space and ample of it, then this is the unit for you. A massive bedroom with a fireplace, outside deck and outside shower is just the beginning.
Walk through to the cherry wood walk-in cupboard, grand marble bathroom and rounded of with a cute and cuddly children’s room and call this your home for a night. No expense was spared to cocoon you in the lap of luxury with this gorgeous unit.

The Diamond Suite
Royal enough for a King! Diamond is the epitome of the precious stones and this unit signifies it. A massive bedroom with its own fireplace and cinema, an enormous cherry wood walk-in cupboard and the grandest of grand bathroom you could possibly expect.
Private access to this treasure of a unit is provided through a lift that only stops for this unit. A more spectacular view of the dam will be hard to find.

The Ruby Unit
Your luxurious “home away from home”. Enjoy yourself in this very modern and kitchen and dine in the comfort of your own lounge and outside patio, that is if you want to cook, knowing that our top chef will take good care of you. The comfortable bedroom is en suite with a pretty marble bathroom. The sliding door opens onto a garden and our Helsinki pool.

The Amethyst Unit
For the connoisseur who wants privacy and space. Your own modern kitchen, lovely lounge and a bedroom that guarantees tranquil sleep all night long, welcomes you.
You will shower in style with water jets placed at various angles and lights selectively placed to create a relaxing atmosphere. The devil is in the detail and this special treat is yours to enjoy.

Dining... in luxury
Our delectable breakfast is served in the dining room with a panoramic view of the dam and Magalies mountain range, or in summer on the pool deck with the sound of the abundant birdlife as music to your ears. Dinner and lunch available by prior arrangement.

There are 2 large self catering units which consists of a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The self catering have their own private garden and share a swimming pool. The sauna is also on the self catering level.On the Lounge level, where the Patio, braai and heated pool with Jacuzzi is situated, are 2 large executive bedrooms with en suite marble bathrooms.

Upstairs are the 2 Presidential units. Space is certainly not a problem. The one has an Private outside shower and a children’s room. The other has an indoor cinema. Both have large walk in dressing rooms and awesome marble bathrooms.
All units have aircon, underfloor heating, minibars, coffee and tea making facilities and DSTV.
On the lounge level is a wireless network and no expenses have been spared to make it as luxurious and comfortable as possible.

Activities... Things to do during your stay
It's all about the memories...... so why not take part in some activities around the dam or just explore Kosmos and its surroundings.

All major attractions in the area are a few minutes away!
De Wildt Cheetah breeding center, Elephant Sanctuary, Monkey Sanctuary, Cradle of Mankind, Sterkfontein Caves, Lesedi Cultural villages, Ukutula Lion Park as well as Sun City and The Lost City only to name a few of the major attractions in the area.
Hartebeespoort dam also has its own private zoo, Snake Park & Aquarium.. For the more adventurous the area offers hot air ballooning, paragliding, hang-gliding, rock climbing, abseiling, river rafting hiking, caving and much more!!

Pilansberg National Park which is the fourth largest national park in South Africa. Set on the floor of an ancient and long extinct volcano. Pilansberg offers a wide variety of fauna and flora. The “Big Five” (Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Rhino and Buffalo) as well as numerous other mammals and bird species will guarantee hours of enjoyment to the nature lovers.
Tours to Johannesburg and Pretoria can also be arranged from the guest house.

A Picnic at the Dam
Kosmos Manors guests can enjoy a special gourmet picnic on the shores of the dam as well as a host of water sports including water skiing, tubing or riding the dragon for the more adventurous. And, as the soft glow of sunset paints the sky a palette of soft rose and apricot, you can board the launch boat and enjoy sundowners and snacks as we cruise the Dam.
