Fairwood at Oubaai is situated in the Mountain View area of Oubaai Golf Estate offering amazing views of the Outeniqua Mountain Range.
This self catering accommodation is luxurious and secure with 24 hour security and access controlled entrance.

Fairwood at Oubaai Accommodation

The North facing accommodation has been furnished to a high standard, is family friendly and accommodates 8 - 10 guests.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, domestic quarters downstairs, a family room, spacious lounge and a dining room which sits 10 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, a large pantry and a tumble dryer.
For the guests enjoyment, there is a dual view DStv and a large undercover patio where guests can be relaxed by the magnificent views of the Outeniqua Mountain Range.

Upstairs Accommodation
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, bedroom 1 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, a walk-in wardrobe and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with single pull outs underneath, a ceiling fan and a walk-in wardrobe.
There is a family bathroom equipped with under floor heating, heated towel rails, a bath, separate walk-in shower and a private toilet cubicle.
Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom and is equipped with a king size bed, TV, private lounge area, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with heated towel rail and under floor heating, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet cubicle.
Bedroom 4 has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, private lounge area, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with heated towel rail and under floor heating, bath and a walk-in shower.
The accommodation upstairs also has a kitchenette with tea / coffee facilities and it has external access to the garden and the verandah allowing guests privacy.

Downstairs Accommodation
Bedroom 5 has a single bed with a pull out single bed underneath, en-suite shower and a separate toilet.
There is housekeeping on weekdays (except on public holidays), a pantry, fully equipped kitchen with a filtered water facility, 5 burner gas stove, electric oven and a dining room which seats 10 guests.
There is a spacious living room with wood burning stove, a large outdoor entertainment area with braai facilities, a cloakroom, double garage and a separate family room with DStv, PVR satellite, TV and a DVD.
