Villa Zeezicht is Cape Town's oldest Bed and Breakfast and has looked after guests since 1955.
The Dutch name “Zeezicht” means “Seaview” and it reflects the revivalist Cape Dutch architecture of the house with its extraordinarily beautiful gables.

The villa is centrally located for Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, City Centre, Victoria and Alfred Waterfront (Cape Town's popular entertainment area and shopping mall), Cape Town International Conference Centre, Table Mountain Cableway and mountain hiking trails.

This gracious villa in Upper Gardens, on the slopes of Table Mountain, has splendid sea and mountain views from all the rooms.
The villa is surrounded by an attractive garden with much indigenous flora, giving a year-round floral display and with tropical and citrus fruit trees such as papaya , guava, orange and mandarin.

The 4 rooms have either views of the Table Mountain, Table Bay, the mountains and the Devils Peak. 3 of these rooms have en-suite shower rooms and 1 room has a full bathroom with a king size bed.

How To Get To Villa Zeezicht

Locate the 5-star Mount Nelson Hotel in Orange Street at the southern end of the Company Gardens (exiting at Government Avenue).
One building (a brick church) from the entrance to the hotel, is Hof Street. Drive about 200 metres up Hof Street in the direction of Table Mountain.
The Cape Town Medi-Clinic will be on your left side. Immediately after the clinic, there is a fork in the road. The road to the left is Buxton Avenue.
Villa Zeezicht is the last house on the right-hand side, 54 Buxton Avenue (corner of Glen Crescent).
