This manifests itself through an attractive, spacious design and an exclusive location that are combined with the comfort of a heated undercover swimming pool for privacy and for rainy days, complemented by the luxury of a fully-equipped gym downstairs.
Apart from its distinguished design, the complex also offers the practical convenience of a lift, undercover parking, washing rooms, and 24-hour security. The fully-furnished apartment consists of two modern bedrooms that can sleep up to four people comfortably, and up to six if necessary. The single bathroom includes a bath and a shower.
The open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and cookery and cutlery for six people, making self-catering a pleasant experience. The open-plan kitchen and large living room ensure that cooking is part of the shared entertainment for all guests, while the large balcony serves as a natural extension as it stretches around the apartment allowing visitors to soak in the piece and tranquillity of the unique views of Hout Bay without having to leave the apartment.
For the sports and outdoor enthusiasts, the apartment is in close proximity to activities such as walking, hiking, surfing, surf-skiing, water-skiing, yachting, mountain biking, and running, where equipment can be rented in most cases if needed. For the more calmer and indoor-oriented visitor, the apartment offers satellite TV, DStv with own card, Hi-Fi, and access to a DVD player, as well as a video machine and Sony Play Station on request. Movies and PS2 games can be rented from a nearby video shop.

The apartment sleeps four people comfortably, two per room. Another one
to two people can be accommodated in the living room by converting the
couch into a bed when required. The rooms are fully-equipped with plenty
of space through built-in cupboards, and each room has a window to at
