Mountain Rise is a two-bedroom cottage set on prime real estate overlooking the ocean. With mountains behind the property and a stunning sea view in front, this is the most sought after location in beautiful Hout Bay. Located close to Cape Town central via the stunning Atlantic Seaboard, past Camps Bay and Clifton, Hout Bay is easily accessible via Constantia Nek. Hout Bay's glorious beach is set between the towering Sentinal on one side and the world-famous Chapman's Peak on the other. From Mountain Rise, the ocean is framed on both sides by mountains. This may be viewed from the full-length patio of the cottage, where guests may enjoy early morning breakfast or early evening sundowners. |

The cottage was completely renovated in May 2010, and comprises two bedrooms for two and three people respectively, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a kitchen with a stove and appliances, a separate dining room and a large lounge leading onto the main patio.
Security offers sliding security gates, burglar proofing and an alarm system. The owners are located in a separate house within the grounds, and are therefore available to assist guests with any queries. The cottage has a cleaning service available on a Monday, Wednesday and a Friday.
