Phantom Acres is situated in the amphitheatre formed by Table Mountain's back table, the Twelve Apostles and the Constantiaberg Mountain ranges. Facing north it captures the sunshine and has a view of trees and mountains uninterrupted up to the sky. The large sunny pool is on the doorstep while the garden has many shady trees to relax under with a book. The Modern Pool House comprises three double bedrooms all en-suite furnished with comfortable twin beds, a large upstairs lounge opening onto the sundeck with uninterrupted forest views. The well appointed yellowwood kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine oven hob microwave and miniature garden is downstairs with easy access to outdoor living, the pool and patios. An Indoor braai 'binne braai' doubles as a cosy winter Log Fireplace in the enclosed dining patio off the kitchen. |

Large sliding doors open out to the Pool. Enjoy easy access to Hout Bay & Llundudno beaches and the Cape Town Waterfront is only 20 minutes away. The Constantia wine route is on the doorstep. Hout Bay village has a supermarket and its own Fishing Harbour with many restaurants to choose from - seafood - steak - pizzas and pastas as well as burgers and salads. For the smaller families we have the Orangekloof Cottage which is open plan with queen-size bed and large double bunks, kitchenette and cosy lounge. The view from here is breathtaking. Honeymoon couples will enjoy the Yellowwood Cabin tucked away in the trees with secluded deck and a glass roofed bedroom. Private braai patio next to a tinkling pond.

Orangekloof Cottage
Orangekloof Cottage is an open plan log cabin with spectacular mountain
views. Comfortable queen bed with large custom built double bunks. Lounge
area with kitchenette including microwave, mini stove, fridge with small
freezer, TV and comfy couches.
Squirrel's Nest
Small self-catering flat-let with access to the garden and braai-area.
This flat-let has one bedroom with double bed. There is a single bed in
the openplan sitting room and kitchen area. It has an en-suite shower.
The Pool House
The pool house is double storied with two bedrooms upstairs and a large
comfortable lounge with uninterrupted mountain and forest views. A large
family kitchen with all mod cons leading onto a covered patio with fire
place/binne braai and large dining table. Enter the third bedroom with
adjoining bathroom from the patio. All bedrooms have heaters and twin
beds.
Yellowwood Cabin
Nestling among the trees Yellowwood cabin is an ideal honeymoon couple's
hideaway. The bedroom has a glass roof to gaze at the stars or admire
the birdlife. The sitting room has large double bunks to laze in or to
accommodate any extras. The kitchen opens out to the private braai patio
and rock pond. A secluded deck is the ultimate for an intimate breakfast.
