Facilities include a sunlit garden gazebo, three swimming pools and sixteen en-suite double rooms, each one individually decorated and furnished, and comfortably equipped. Each room has DSTV, wireless internet access and a coffee station. Various accommodation options include The Manor House, Paddock Lodge, and the three Studio apartments. There is also Tree House, a two-bedroomed chalet overlooking the mountain stream, with open plan lounge and fully-equipped, self-catering kitchen, with its own private swimming pool.
Hout Bay is twenty-five minutes from central Cape Town, thirty minutes
from Cape Town International Airport, conveniently close to golf courses,
wine estates and shopping malls. Hout Bay is a coastal town with majestic
views, outdoor adventures, restaurants, and everything needed for a perfect
holiday or productive business trip.
Riverside Estates also has a wedding and function hall capable of seating
120 persons, and serves as a special conference and teambuilding venue.

The four upstairs suites each have their own Juliet balcony, offering
sweeping views of the mountains which surround the Hout Bay valley. Breakfasts
are served in the sunlit dining room, which looks out onto the patio and
the elegant Roman style swimming pool. Lothlorien gives new meaning to
the concept of refined luxury and tranquility.
Orchard Studio
Sunny open plan studio with ensuite bedroom and a comfortable lounge area
with television and sound system.The french doors open onto a private
a and shaded patio. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with breakfast
counter. Orchard is the perfect venue for a romantic getaway weekend.
Paddock lodge
A spacious cottage with two ensuite bedrooms. The open plan kitchen/dining
room has its own fireplace, and lends itself to congenial socialising.
A leafy enclosed patio looks out onto a lush private garden and swimming
pool. The cosy lounge centres around a second fireplace. Paddock lodge
is fully equipped with a sound system, DSTV, MNET and VCR.
Paddock loft
Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Delightful sitting room area with
television and sound system. Includes well equipped kitchenette.
River cottage
Studio apartment comprises of an entrance hall, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.
The bedroom opens out onto a delightful sun room.
Tree House
The tree house is an enchanting log cabin. The spacious open plan lounge
has a fireplace, sound system and television with DSTV. There is a fully
equipped kitchenette. The sliding doors from the lounge opens onto a large
wooden deck which overlooks a tranquil stream, enhanced by a variety of
tropical plants. There is a private rock pool.
