is an isolated, traditional Cape West Coast village. Most of the
roads are gravel roads, keeping traffic at a snail's pace - this
has resulted in a peaceful little resort town, ideal for a weekend
getaway or relaxing holiday. |

shower. The room includes bed and breakfast.
Room 3 : This room is spacious and has a double bed and
an en-suite shower. It includes bed and breakfast.
Room 4 : Very large, open-plan room with a king-size
bed and two single beds. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The
room also has its own lounge area.

Directions to Artists Retreat Bed and Breakfast
From Cape Town, take the N7 highway heading north to Namibia. Take the
Melkbosstrand turn-off onto the R27. At the traffic lights, take a right
turn towards Velddrif.
Stay on the R27 until you pass the turn-off to Langebaan at the Engen
fuel station. Pass the turn-off and, at the very next turn-off to the
left you will see a signboard that says Weskus Mall.
Take this turn-off. You will drive past Saldanha Steel and get to a stop
street. Left is to Saldanha, right is to Vredenburg and straight accross
leads to Jacobsbaai. Enter Jacobsbaai at the three-way stop.
Drive until you see the board that says Mauritsbaai. Turn right into Maurits
Street and the guest house will be number 14 on your right-hand side.
