Shaka Suite
The room is accessed from the pool and leads into a lounge area with a sleeper couch and a kitchenette area. The lounge leads into a separate bedroom which can cmprise 2 single beds or a king-size.
The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, basin, glass shower and a bath.
Zambezi Suite
Has 2 separate bedrooms, the main bedroom has ample built in cupboards, either twin / king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The 2nd bedroom as 2 single beds, a chest of drawers with bedside table and lamp. There is a separate lounge with sliding doors leading onto a secure courtyard garden and a fully equipped kitchen.
Trout Suite
Entrance to the Trout Suite is from a courtyard garden with its own patio leading into a lounge area with a 2-seater couch and a round coffee table with DSTV.
There is a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery. The lounge leads into a separate bedroom which can be made up into 2 single beds or a king-size. The en-suite bathroom has a modern glass shower, full bath, basin and toilet.
Limpopo Suite
Has a separate bedroom with twin beds for singles sharing, a separate lounge area, a kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Cecilia Suite
The suite has a separate bedroom with a king size bed or 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a private entrance and a garden area.
There is TV with DStv, a kitchenette, with microwave, cutlery / crockery, toaster, fridge, kettle, 2 easy chairs and a writing desk.
Churchill Suite
This single bed suite accommodating 1 guest has a 3/4 bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, bedside table, small walk in cupboard wit shelves and hanging space built in cherry wood.
There is also a writing desk, cane easy chair with cushion, a kitchenette, north facing patio with casual chairs and a table overlooking the garden.
Wine Cellar Suite
Has a separate bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath, stand-in-the-bath-shower, a separate lounge with a 2-seater couch, DSTV and a DVD-player.
There is a microwave oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and the room is ideal for a single guest or a couple.
Kamberg Suite
The bedroom has a double bed, 2 wing back easy chairs, coffee table, a small cupboard with shelves and hanging space.
The bedroom has en-suite bathroom with a bath and a stand-in-the-bath shower. Lounge area with DSTV, a little kitchen a basin, stove, a small fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and a cupboard.
There is a small table / chairs and bench on the north-facing verandah outside the bedroom for the use of the guests. This room is perfect for a couple sharing or a single guest.
Cape Of Good Hope Suite
Has an open plan lounge / bedroom with a double beds and a 2 seater couch, coffee table, chest of drawers and can be accessed from the patio.
There is an en-suite bathroom with toilet a bath and stand-in-the-bath shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a basin, stove, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and crockery and cutlery.
It also has a second bedroom which has a built in dresser, chest of drawers and 2 single beds with bedside table and a lamp.
Sneech Suite
Named after 1 of the founders of Edenvale Harry Sneech in 1903, the suite has a king size bed that can be converted into twin single beds and there is an en-suite bath.
There is a separate lounge area with 2 wing back chairs, small table, dresser, a small self catering cherry-wood kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery and cutlery.
This room is perfect for a couple sharing king size bed or two singles in twin beds and it has a small patio which faces northeast and enjoys the morning and afternoon sun.

How To Get To Stay-A-While Guest House

From Johannesburg Airport
On leaving Johannesburg International Airport , travel in direction of Johannesburg City. Ignore the first off-ramp (which is sign posted Barbara Road). Exit on the 2nd off-ramp , marked for Edenvale.
At the traffic lights turn right (over the highway) and proceed straight for about 2,9 km passing through the town centre of Edenvale.
This will become Van Riebeeck Avenue, you will pass The Duneden Hotel (opposite the hotel is a replica of a dutch windmill called De Bakery). Proceed down van Riebeeck Ave until you reach MacDonalds hamburgers and then turn left.
You will cross all the Avenues in descending order marked, 7th Avenue, 6th Avenue, 5th Avenue down to 1st Avenue. Turn right into 1st Avenue and we are at 113 First Avenue, Edenvale (between De Wet Street and 9th Street).
From N3 Highway
Travelling from North to the South on N3 Highway. If you come from Randburg (N1 North) OR from Pretoria direction towards Johannesburg (on the Ben Schoeman Highway/N1 South), the N1 will intersect with the MI (M ONE) Motorway to Johannesburg City Centre and the N3 South marked Germiston/Heidelburg/Durban.
This intersection is known as the BUCCLEUCH INTERCHANGE - you proceed in southerly direction from the Buccleuch Interchange on the N3.
There are a number of off ramps on the N3 South marked as follows, in sequence, the 1st Intersection -Marlboro Drive - IGNORE, 2nd Intersection - London Road - IGNORE, 3rd Intersection - Edenvale/Kempton Park/Modderfontein/Longmeadow Business Park - IGNORE, 4th Intersection - Johannesburg/Lombardy/Sandringham - IGNORE, 5th Intersection - Linksfield Road - Take this exit.
At the traffic lights turn left in an easterly direction (towards the airport) and travel for about approx 2,5 km until you pass Edenvale High School. The very next set of traffic lights are at First Avenue (which has an EXCEL Petrol Station on the left).
Turn LEFT at those lights into First Avenue and travel about 1,5km approx to Stay-A-While Guest House which is at 113 First Avenue, Edenvale.
From N3 Highway
Travelling from South to the North on N3 Highway. If you come from South which is on the N3 from Durban/Alberton/Germiston behind you or the M2 West Highway you will go over the hill in the Primrose Germiston area as you approach Bedfordview from a southerly direction.
The 1st off ramp you come to will be Van Buuren Road - IGNORE, the next intersection is Gilloolys Interchange which splits for Johannesburg/Eastgate and for Airport - IGNORE all offered splits. Stay on the N3 north (marked Pretoria) the very next off ramp on the N3 is Linksfield Road - EXIT HERE.
When you come to the traffic lights at the end of the off ramp turn left and proceed over the bridge which crosses the highway.
Travel in the direction of the airport (easterly) and travel for about approx 2,5 km until you pass Edenvale High School. The very next set of traffic lights are at First Avenue (which has an EXCEL Petrol Station on the left).
Turn LEFT at those lights into First Avenue and travel about 1,5km approx to Stay-A-While Guest House which is at 113 First Avenue, Edenvale.
