Welcome to Ukarimu Guest House! Ukarimu (pronounced oo-KAH-ree-moo) is a Swahili word for hospitality and tranquility. According to the Swahili's, female babies who are named Ukarimu are believed to have a peacefull, clear and quiet yet practical nature and a clever and inventive mind. Ukarimu is situated in a quiet suburb of Klerksdorp, a city in the North West province of South Africa. When travelling from Johannesburg, Klerksdorp is only 175km on the N12 route towards Kimberley and Cape Town. |

Ukarimu Guesthouse offers stylish accommodation at affordable rates. Aimed mainly at travelling professionals and visitors to the nearby Wilmed Park Hospital, all effort is made to offer a peacefull and relaxing atmosphere to our guests.
In a radius of aproximately 2km, you will however find supermarkets, department stores, pharmacies, doctors' dentists' and specialists' rooms, banks and various atm's. Anncron Life Hospital and Sunningdale Hospital are both only 5 minutes' drive away.
Ukarimu Guest House Accommodation
Tastefully furnished double rooms with en-suite showers, as well as disability access are offered. Rooms have double beds or twin beds and are equipped with fridges and microwave ovens, tea and coffee facilities. Sliding doors from the rooms lead to a walled swimming pool and recreation area.
Guests are invited to relax on the patio or next to the swimming pool. You can have a great barbeque with provided Weber braai's, or should you prefer, just enjoy the beautiful gardens and bird life.
Guests have a choice of breakfasts. A continental breakfast, consisting of fresh fruit, yoghurt, juice, cereals, breads, cheese and jam can be pre-packed into the fridge to enjoy at your leisure.
A hot full english breakfast with bacon, eggs, mushrooms, sausage and the works, is served on the patio overlooking the swimming pool. Light eaters who prefer not to have breakfast do not have to pay for something they do not want.
Our passion is to provide a peacefull and relaxing atmosphere to all our guests where you can either relax in peace or work at your own pace without being disturbed.

Location
Ukarimu guest house is located in the tranquil Wilkoppies suburb, yet
is close to Wilmed Park hospital, PicknPay Hyper, Spur, Clicks, Absa Bank,
First National Bank, service stations, doctors rooms and specialists rooms.
DIRECTIONS
. From the N12, turn into Plataan Ave.
. Continue straight over 2 sets of 4-way stops and over traffic lights.
. Turn right into Ametis Str at 4-way stop after traffic lights.
. Cross over 4-way stop at Wilmed Hospital.
. Take next left into Marmer Str.
. Ukarimu is on your right and is well signposted.
