Welcome to Barn Guesthouse Escape the city madness and experience the tranquility of nature. Barn Guesthouse is a cattle and maize farm situated on the N1. An old dairy farm has been converted into an indoor braai which is ideal for private functions or conferences. We also offer outdoor braai/lapa facilities.

Bring your quad bike and enjoy the freedom of farm life, or just come and have a peace full rest on the farm with your host Aljo Schutte.

Barn Guesthouse Accommodation

Linen and bath towels is of high quality. All the rooms is also equipped with their own TV with DSTV, air-condition, hairdryer, coffee and tea tray with home baked risks, bar fridge, updated magazines, detail info about Kroonstad and important telephone numbers.
In the winter you will find an electrical blanket on your bed with a hot water bag.
Group accommodation in the house is also available there is four bedrooms two bathrooms. Only 30 metres from guesthouse.

5 Rooms available with 2 bathrooms that are ideal for groups.

Our Facilities:
There is a beautiful garden where you can sit and relax and enjoy the freedom of farm stay.
Extra coffee / tea facilities in dinning 24 hours open for guests.
Freezer facilities also available or we have an electrical plug available next to undercover parking area for portable freezers in vehicles.

Dining:
Continental breakfast is been served in the dining room.
Other dinner / supper meals are also available on request.
Lunch packs can also be organized
We have an indoor and outdoor braai facility, we are selling braaipacks served with pap and sauce, and we provide the wood.

Conference facility:
The room can accommodate approximately 50 people, equipped with overhead projector board, white marker board and paper flip file board.

Function Facilities:
Entertainment facility available for approximately 50 people.
