The two units are located on the same property, but are completely separate from each other. The apartment is ideal for people with disabilities or a small family.
The cottage sleeps only two people and is very private. The large open-plan living area leads onto the kitchen that opens onto a large patio.
The house is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and hairdryers in the bathrooms.
The house also features an indoor barbecue area, as well as a double garage with remote control access and electric fence with an electric gate.
