three bedrooms offering double beds. There is a double bunk in the foyer
and one bedroom is situated outside with a double bed and an en-suite
bathroom with shower.
The house has a full family bathroom with a bath and shower. There is
a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar and a scullery equipped with a
washing machine, tumble-dryer and dishwasher.
There is a lovely dining area with a fireplace and a living area with
DStv; you will need to bring your own decoder and smartcard.
There is a lovely outdoor patio with a braai and seating area overlooking
the garden and swimming pool.

Directions to Park Drive 41
Driving from Cape Town, head northwest on the R27 and continue for approximately
110.8 km. You will see a 1 Stop Engen Garage on the left-hand side of
the road; turn left towards Langebaan.
Continue towards Langebaan and straight through the town for 11.9 km.
Turn left into Sunbird Drive and then take the fifth road right into Park
Street; we are on the left-hand side.
