Self-catering House : This is a three-bedroom house situated
close to the beach. The kitchen, living area, braai room and pool room
are on the second floor with the bedrooms on the third floor.
Seeberg is fully equipped for seven people and is rented on a self-catering
basis.
The house is equipped with all the necessary luxuries including a dishwasher,
tumble-dryer, washing machine, full DStv, and good quality linen and towels.
No smoking or pets are allowed.

Directions to Seeberg
From Cape Town, merge onto N1 Road/Table Bay Boulevard and take exit 4
to merge onto Marine Drive/R27 towards Paarden Eiland/Milnerton/Table
View/West Coast.
Continue to follow the R27 for 111 km until you have reached Langebaan.
Turn left and travel towards the Langebaan Country Estate. Turn right,
pass Seaview Park and travel straight down this road until you have reached
Waterfront. You will be directed to the apartment from here.
