MOGOL GOLF CLUB (18)
The Mogol golf course is situated in Lephalale (formerly Ellisras) in
the Limpopo Province, is well known for it's monstrously big Marula trees
(better known as sky bunkers) winds through the Onverwacht extension and
demands accuracy and precision, because the slightest slip in your concentration
will send the ball either across a busy street, or into an unsuspecting
budgie's cage.
The Mogol Club offers you a very demanding 72 Par, 6077 metres course, laid out with such ingenuity that you do not even need to leave town to play golf. This attractive 18 hole course is considered to be one of the country's best winter courses and forms part of the Mogol Sports Club which also caters for many other sports such as squash, tennis and swimming.

WHITE LION BREEDING PROJECT
Mama Tau's white lions are coming from Kruger park area (Mpumalanga),
and are circulating freely in a large fenced part of the private reserve,
along with brown cape lions. For centuries rumours of mysterious white
lions had been circulating in South Africa. Legend said the white pelage
represented the good to be found in all creatures.
Their Latin name of Panthera leo krugeri applies as well to all South African lion subspecies. White lions are not albino, they have pigmentation which shows particularly in eye, paw pad and lip color. The cause of their unusual coloration is a recessive gene which results in the white appearance, and is found in a very small number of captive lions.
Come and enjoy close encounters with brown and white lions in a comfortable open car ; guided drives last about 1¼ hour and are leaded by an experimented guide who will help you know better these wonderful predators. Take a break in the bush with your friends or family, and share for a while some privileged moments in the lions' intimacy.
ELEPHANT RIDES
This is an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity at Kapama Game Reserve to ride
on the back of an African elephant. You meet the herd in the early morning
or late afternoon and learn just how to get onto the back of an elephant
and move to its rhythm as they walk through the bush.
Elephants need to feed for many hours a day, so just because you are on top, this doesn't stop them from pulling down branches and grabbing a trunk full of grass as they walk. They are the largest creatures in the African jungle so other animals that you may come across will give way to you.
After walking for about an hour, the elephants will return you to the elephant boma. A video can be made of your experience for an additional fee.
