Villa Andacasa is an exquisite holiday villa fabulously situated on the hillside above Llandudno's pristine beach and boasting wonderful views of the surrounding coastline.
We are situated just 5 minutes from the beach, 5min drive to Hout Bay and 15min to Cape Town City.
The villa has a full telephone system, alarm system, including electric fence, and offers fast internet connection.

Andacasa Villa Accommodation

We offer 5 fully equipped bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 2 of the bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor (both with balcony), with splendid views on the beach and opposite mountains.
1 bedroom is on the top floor and has sliding doors to a terrace overlooking the ocean and the mountains.
The 4th bed room is on the ground floor, has direct access to the swimming pool area. The 5th bedroom is also on the ground floor and a total of 10 guests are accommodated in the villa.

Main Bedroom
This luxurious and spacious master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a single basin, toilet separate large glass shower and bath, beautifully upholstered Chaise lounge and built-in cupboards.
There are sliding doors to the veranda overlooking garden, pool, Llandudno beach and beautiful ocean and mountain views.
Second Bedroom
This spacious bedroom offers a super king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, standard bath, toilet, single basin, breathtaking views of Llandudno and surrounding mountains.
There are beautifully upholstered Chaise lounge, built in cupboards, sliding doors to the veranda overlooking Llandudno and stunning ocean and mountain views.
Third Bedroom
Situated on the top floor of the villa the room is furnished with either a king size bed / 2 twin beds, luxurious en-suite bathroom with a single basin, toilet, separate glass shower and oval bath with stunning ocean and mountain views.
The room has built in cupboards, sliding door onto the roof top balcony overlooking Llandudno beach, air-conditioning and magnificent ocean and mountain views.
Fourth Bedroom
Situated on the lower level, this luxurious and spacious room offers twin beds, en-suite bathroom with a free standing Victorian bath, single basin, toilet and a separate shower.
There are built in cupboards and the room has access to the pool area.
Fifth Bedroom
Situated on the pool level, is furnished with a king sized bed, a full en-suite luxurious bathroom with a shower, single basin and a toilet.
This room is newly built, is luxurious and spacious and it also has built in cupboards.
On top of the en-suite bathrooms, there are 3 guest toilets the 1st one being next to the breakfast area and has a single basin and a toilet.
The 2nd guest toilet is upstairs, offers a single basin, toilet and the last toilet is situated opposite the library and has a toilet and a single basin.
