Cape Sebata Accommodation

We offer 2 modern upmarket, self-catering apartments forming a private residential house with off-street parking, separate entrances and landscaped garden.
Located in a quiet street, the apartments are 4 minutes walk to the beach.
Apartment 1
Has 2 double bedrooms with built-in-cupboards, bedroom1 has a queen size bed and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.
The bathroom has a marble vanity unit, bath / shower combination, the balcony is 20m² and the living room is 85m² .

The apartment is serviced 3 times a week, the kitchen has high quality appliances including a fridge / freezer, oven / hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and cutlery / crockery and cookware are provided.
There is a dining room, the lounge is open plan, the apartment is equipped with a telephone, DVD player, TV with DStv, Satellite, M-Net, local channels and the spacious balcony is perfect for outdoor grilling and dining.
Apartment 2
This apartment can be offered as a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment or 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment as it is approximately 80m² and has a 100m² living area.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with a well appointed bath / shower combination, bedroom 2 has 2 singles beds, a bath with separate shower cubicle and the last bedroom has a double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, oven / hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and crockery / cutlery and cookware are provided.

How To Get To Cape Sebata

From Cape Town International Airport
Take the N2 in the direction of Cape Town, turn onto the M3 direction Muizenberg then take the M63 turnoff via Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens to Hout Bay.
Continue along the M6 to Llandudno, once in Llandudno, the road forks. Take the right fork down to the beach, pass the tennis courts on the left and after the tennis courts, take the 2nd road to the left into Leeukoppie Road. Cape Sabata is the 3rd house on the right.
