“Villalanga Kaya” - we also offer a fully equipped, airconditioned self catering cottage sleeping 5 persons. It is situated on the southern bank of the Crocodile river, with stunning views of the Kruger National Park (approx. 3km from our B&B – on a gravel district road). Here you are awakened or put to sleep by the sounds (& sights..!!) of Hippo's, Elephants, Lions, Fisheagles and many more!
Being situated on the Maputo Corridor (N4) & forming part of the Wild Frontier of Mpumalanga, Malelane is the ideal place to stay - be it for business, holiday or leisure!

VILLA LANGA KAYA
(Self Catering Cottage – 2 bedrooms)
Villalanga "Kaya" is a small self catering cottage on a farm
approx. 3km on a gravel road (district road) from Villalanga B&B .
It is situated 5 metres from the fence of the great KRUGER NATIONAL PARK
on the banks of the Crocodile River with stunning views of the Park and
river.
Here you are awakened by the sound (& sights..!!) of Hippo's, Elephants, Fisheagles and sometimes even Lions!!
The cottage sleeps 5 persons & consists of the following :
· 1 x Bedroom with 3 x Single beds (or 1 x kingsize & 1 x single)
· 1 x Bedroom with a double bed
· 1 x Bathroom (shower, toilet, basin)
· Lounge with TV (full DSTV)
· Fully equipped Kitchen.
· Water dispenser (approx. 10 litres of purified water included
in accommodation price).
· In front of the Cottage is a Patio with bar & braai area.
· The garden is fenced and secure.

ON SITE:
Splashpool, Snooker, Darts, various board games, read or have tea/coffee
on bottom or top verandah or in guest lounge, TV in bedrooms with 6 DSTV
channels. We are in a safe residential area where you can go for a walk/run
or take a short stroll down to the Crocodile River where you might see
some animals in the Kruger National Park.

Directions to Villa Langa B&B:
From Pretoria or Johannesburg, travel approx 374km East along the N4 Highway
until you reach Malelane. As you arrive in Malelane, turn left into Air
Street at the first set of Robots. Travel approx. 1.5km along Air Street
(under trainbridge) and then turn left into Opdraend Street at the T-junction
/ Traffic circle.
Travel approx. 500 meters along Opdraend Street and then turn right into
Fish Eagle Bend / Dwergarendstreet. Travel Approx 50 meters and turn right
into Spoekvoel Street. Travel Approx 100 meters until you arrive at a
T-junction where you will turn left into Kroonarend Street. Villa Langa
B&B is approx 400 meters down the road on your left
