Bontkop is a modern Cape Style Guest House on the beach in Melkbosstrand with unspoilt views of Cape Town, Robben Island and the Atlantic ocean sunsets.
This Guest House is located on the Bontkop coastal dune at the southern edge of Melkbosstrand village, 30km from Cape Town.

From the property you have direct access to unspoiled beaches without having to cross public roads.
North is a park and board walk along the beach, passing cozy restaurants and a supermarket on the beachfront after only 5 avenues. Bordering Bontkop on the southern side is a nature reserve.

The Stinkwood furnished bedrooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms with separate bath and shower, all with views of Table Mountain and Atlantic beaches.

How To Get To Bontkop

From Cape Town take the West Coast road (R27), take the first turnoff left at the Atlantic Beach Golf Estate, or the Melkbosstrand turnoff at the traffic light.
Drive to the Melkbos beach front and turn left, continue south until First Avenue is reached at the T. Turn Right towards the sea to find Bontkop no. 43 on your left.

From the airport
Take the N2 towards Cape Town for almost 4 km. Take Exit 14, Vanguard drive (M7). Pass the casino towards Malmesbury (N7) for 25 km.
Take the first Melkbosstrand turnoff left (M19). Drive to the Melkbos beach front and turn left, continue south until First Avenue is reached at the T. Turn Right towards the sea to find Bontkop no. 43 on your left.
