This brand new 100 square metre apartment has a fully-equipped with an
open-plan granite kitchen, with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge,
microwave, oven and hob.
There are two lounge areas tastefully furnished with marine antiques and
there is a colour TV with satellite plus a DVD and CD.
The large covered patio has views over the harbour to the Outiniqua mountains
on the other side of the bay.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with percale cotton sheets, air-conditioning
and plenty of cupboards.
The en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and bath.
The apartment can be serviced daily if required and there are fax and
internet facilities in the owners flat.
Tourist information and tour booking is offered to those not familiar
with the area.
There is a separate en-suite bedroom next door to the apartment which
has two single beds, TV and small fridge.

Directions to 85 Hill St Luxury Apartment
From the N2 take the Mossel Bay turn off, take the turn off called Marsh
Street, you will then come to a T-junction, Marsh Street, and will see
the Spar centre across the road to your left, turn right and go down the
hill to the lights at the bottom which is where Marsh Street crosses Church
Street, Kerk Street, turn right at the lights and then 1st left into Montague,
then first right just after the little stone house on the left, into Bayview
which goes up quiet steeply and then second left into Hill Street.
We are number 85 on your left-hand side after the little stone house with
grass in front.
