This family run holiday accommodation is situated on an acre in rural Noordhoek between two oceans yet within easy reach of all
major tourist attractions.
It is only a 30 minute drive from Cape Town's CBD and close to the Peninsula's scenic wonders.

Sunset Splendour Accommodation

Guinea Fowl Apartment consists of two rooms as follows:
Bedroom with large twin beds, en suite bathroom (shower only).
Sliding doors opening up onto private patio overlooking the pool and one acre garden.
Lounge / dining / kitchen:

Gecko Apartment:
Consists of one large 30 square metre room with large twin beds, en suite bathroom (shower only), a mini kitchen fully equipped as follows:
Two plate stove, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster, kettle, fridge, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, dining table with chairs and couch.

It has been custom built with the tourist in mind and offers the following:

Lounge area has two lounge chairs. Sliding door opening up onto private patio overlooking garden and swimming pool. The second large room has a single bed and sleeper couch in the living area and a kitchen/dining area

Kitchen/lounge/dining area fully equipped as follows:
- Large colour TV (DSTV guest house bouquet)
- Two plate hob, two small fridges, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster,kettle, crockery, cutlery, plus pots and pans.
- Dining table with chairs.
- The en suite. is equipped with a shower only, baby bath can be provided.
- The entire house can accommodate any amount of people up to 9 comfortably and can be connected via passage way.
