Netherwood Is Happy To Welcome YouNetherwood is a contemporary wedding venue located on a working angus stud farm in Nottingham Road in the KwaZulu Natal Midlands. The design and layout was focussed around keeping the structures as quiet as possible - to allow the natural beauty of the surrounding area to speak for itself. Glass, steel and natural stone form the shell - with details in vintage sleepers. |

Both the Chapel and the Venue have frameless glass stacking doors that allow the outdoors to pour in and opens up the structures to 360 degree views of the peaceful surroundings.
With sweeping views of the surrounding farm valleys, dams and across to the Drakensberg, Netherwood offers a unique combination of contemporary design, in the countryside. Please note that viewings are by appointment only as we try keep our facilities and bookings as exclusive and private as possible.
There are an additional 7 cottages on netherwood farm - a short 1.9 kilometer drive from the chapel and venue.
Some Important Information:
· Matches / torches for braai facilities.
· Please bring your own fishing equipment.
· Please bring your own swimming/fishing towels.
· Welcome bundle of firewood and toilet paper
is supplied.
· Minimum 2 night stay over weekends and public
holidays.
· There is no Wi-Fi or Internet - please bring
own 3G cards.
· Groceries and other consumables (such as extra
firewood and toiletries).
· Only limited DSTV - please supply own smart
card and decoder for more channels.
