This north facing apartment is ideally situated in the central,
quiet suburb of Oranjezight, against the foothills of Table Mountain.
It is fully furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean.
There are two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other has
two single beds enabling the apartment to sleep four people.
The bathroom has a bath with a hand shower.
There is a large sitting room, with an open-plan dining counter
and a well equipped, open-plan kitchen.
There is also a balcony with four chairs and a table for dining
al fresco, and a secure parking bay.

Directions to An Apartment
From the N1 as you are approaching Cape Town keep to the left-hand fork
to the city centre/Heerengraght.
At the first traffic light, turn left into Oswald Pirow Street.
Keep going until you get to a T-junction.
Turn right into Roeland Street and keep going to the next T-junction at
the government building, with a church on your left.
Turn left into Hatfield Street and keep going until you get to a traffic
light.
Cross over Orange Street and drive straight up into Upper Orange.
You'll notice a second church on your left.
Keep going up Upper Orange, pass De Waal Park on your right and the Booth
Memorial Hospital on your left.
Turn into Prince Street and the first building on your right is Selborne
Apartments.
From Cape Town International Airport on the N2 take the Mill Street off-ramp
and keep going until you get to the Upper Orange/Orange Street traffic
light intersection.
Turn left into Upper Orange Street and keep going until you pass De Waal
Park on your right and the Booth Memorial on the left.
Turn left into Prince Street and the first small block of flats on the
right will be Selborne Apartments.
