This beautiful farm-style guest house is located 6 km from Oudtshoorn on Route 62 towards George.
It is situated in a valley, 500 m from the road ensuring absolute peace and tranquility.
We are surrounded by red stone hills with a beautiful view of the great Swartberg Mountains.

There is an abundance of bird life in the area including many of the species found in the Klein Karoo. We also have many tortoises on the property and sightings are common.
The neighbouring game farm is only a five-minute walk away and it offers activities such as game drives and ostrich rides.

Directions to Frischgewaagd Guestfarm
Drive out of Oudtshoorn in the direction of George for 5 km on Route 62.
We will be on the right-hand side, 500 m from the R62. Look for our signs.
From Dullstroom, head south-east on Blokland Street towards Amajuba Street.
Continue onto Beelaerts Street and then turn right onto Hugenoten Street.
Continue onto Lion Cachet Street and then continue onto the R540.
Travel for 3 km and turn right.
Travel another 8.9 km and turn right again.
After 1.3 km, take the first right turn and yo will have reached your destination.
