Shumba Manor is situated high on a hilltop on a working game farm called Shumba Safaris. It is conveniently located overlooking the main road between Hankey and Patensie en-route to the Baviaanskloof Wilderness Area. From the thatched cottage you will enjoy spectacular views over
the Gamtoos Valley that you simply have to see. Our guests feel

Shumba Manor offers two comfortable accommodation options, both enjoying the spectacular views for which Shumba is renowned.
Shumba Manor Thatched Cottage
This spacious, thatched cottage is ideal for a romantic getaway or for
a family outing. You walk straight out of the French doors into a garden
which enjoys sweeping views of the Gamtoos River valley and the mountains
both near and far.
For sleeping, there is a double bedroom and there is also a sleeper couch, ideal for children and teenagers, in the living area. The cottage has a shower bathroom. The living area is open plan. The cottage is self-catering.
