Our farm is situated 17 km west of Piet Retief on the R543 (Wakkerstroom / Volksrust road), in a forestry, mountainous landscape. Heyshopedam is nearby and Swaziland lays about 50 km away.
Wakkerstroom, famous for paragliding and it's beautiful wetland bird-watching reserve, is 69km drive onwards.
For people traveling between the Kruger National Park and Kwazulu-Natal or the Indian Ocean, our guesthouse is the perfect place to sleep over or relax for a few days.

There is a garden chalet for 3 people with kitchenette, bathroom and TV, ideal for self-catering.

The guest house has 3 en-suite 3 double rooms, 1 family unit with 2 rooms accommodating 4 guests, a lovely big verandah to relax on and a swimming pool.
There is a dining room and a lounge with a fireplace and TV (ideal for small group conference) and a fully equipped kitchen for self catering.

The Garden Chalet sleeps 3 people. Upstairs consist of a private double room and downstairs consist of a kitchenette, bathroom with bath and shower, WC apart, small dining area and living area with a bed. The chalet is situated next to the swimming pool.

The Family-Unit consists of a double room with bathroom and adjacent a smaller two-bed room ideal for children. The main bedroom has private access to garden with wonderful views over a field.

Room 1: Double room with shower and WC. It has its own private little veranda with views over the valley and garden.
Room 2: Double room, very spacious, with bath en-suite and with lovely views over the valley and garden. Double doors opening to the garden.
Room 3: Double room with bath and shower, WC apart and private door to the courtyard and barbeque area.

From The South (Pongola / Vryheid)
Turn left at the 2nd traffic light into Kruger Street (R543). Drive for 17km on the R543 from Piet Retief towards Wakkerstroom / Volksrust. Röhrs Farm Guest House is on your left. You can't miss the white entrance wall and farm No. Sign: A22 & A23.
