Albergo for Backpackers is situated in the most amazing spot in Plettenberg Bay.
The beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife are all within easy walking distance.
Nothing can beat our stunning views from the balcony where dolphins and whales are often spotted cruising the beautiful bay of Plettenberg Bay.

We make a bonfire every night. Here we will teach you to master the art of a traditional South African outdoor braai.
Our television room, with its satellite TV for movie and sport addicts, bar and pool table are located away from the sleeping areas.

At Albergo’s One Stop Action Shop we offer information about all the activities in the area. A shuttle service is available for transport to the various activities.

Directions to Albergo for Backpackers
On the N2 coming into Pletternberg Bay, you will see a big traffic circle.
At the circle follow the "Plettenberg Bay Centre" signs.
At the following traffic circle in town, turn left into Main Street.
This is a street with a lot of shops.
Take the third left into Church Street.
Drive up the hill and you will see the Albergo sign after 25 meters on your right-hand side.
