High on a hill, overlooking scenic Plettenberg Bay, stands a home with a view that goes on forever.
The all-round outlook of mountains, rivers and ocean is the reason for its apt name, Alkantmooi, which means 'beautiful on all sides' in the local Afrikaans language.
Surrounded by lush green vegetation and bordering the Keurbooms River Nature Reserve, Alkantmooi is within walking distance of many outdoor activities.
It is on the river and in protected, pristine fynbos and indigenous forest prolific with bird and animal life.

Alkantmooi Self Catering Accommodation

We offer 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an open plan lounge / kitchen area and spacious wooden deck.
Bedrooms are equipped with either twin beds or a king size bed with quality linen and towels.
The bathroom has a separate shower, bath, walk-in closet and a basin.

The apartment is private and fully equipped with a safe in the bedroom, hairdryer, spectacular views and a hospitality tray. The lounge is furnished with DSTV (plasma TV) and leather couches.
The lounge leads onto a covered wooden deck where guests can enjoy a braai while playing pool with a 180-degree birds eye view of the Indian Ocean, Plettenberg Bay and the surroundings.

How To Get To Alkantmooi Self Catering

From the Port Elizabeth
On the N2 national road, pass the Thyme and Again farm stall on your right. Turn inland (right) at the 'Ferries' sign, just before crossing the Keurbooms River bridge.
Pass the Keurbooms River Nature Reserve hut and follow the signs up the dirt track onto the hill. After about 1.7km, turn left towards Alkantmooi and right at the 'Gawie and Magdeld' signpost, and stop in front of the two garage doors. The entrance to the apartment is to your right. Your undercover parking is lower down on the right.
From the Plettenberg Bay
On the N2 national road, turn inland (left) just after crossing the Keurbooms River bridge. Pass the Keurbooms River Nature Reserve hut and follow the signs up the dirt track onto the hill.
